I have been a loyal customer to Wells fargo for more than 15 years in more than 4 different states. Today, i tried to deposit money into my account to withdraw for the change that I needed for today. The branch manager was not very helpful, but at least he only apologized for his team not being trained properly and refused my change order. His last words have a good day and walk away. I am not sure if I will continue banking with Wells Fargo. This location needs better management based on my last 3 visits.

Alex Ponce worst manager! The banker made a huge mistake with our accounts and when we tried to bring it to their attention he would not take accountability for the mistake and tried to make excuses for it. Be careful with yalls money and who handles your accounts!

Worst location ever. They never have anyone who can help you and she always magically has appointments when there is never anyone in the lobby or she is always at lunch. Go somewhere else.

Long waits, building is older but they do have an outdoor ATM but it looks a little suspect. Not sure if you want to risk pulling money on that corner of the street after dark. The inside is old and rusted. They had several bilingual staff which is good for those who need Spanish speaking tellers and bankers. I gave them a four star rating only because they are in dire need of a building update.
