I recently inherited a extremely large amount of money, went in to open a bank account, the manager saidThere was nobody there to help me, went down the street to Chase, opened it right away. You would think the manager could open a bank account.

Unprofessional, unorganized, inefficient and short staffed due to people quitting from the negligence there. I was treated with subpar service. They will avoid speaking Spanish even though they’re bilingual. Do not bank here or work here.

First time visiting this Location. There were a lot of customers waiting in line as it was a busy time of day.However, Shout out to the employees! They seemed short staffed but were very Professional and were able to accommodate me without an appointment, as they only had one teller in lobby,one teller in drive through and one person in an office. Im always happy to see that they were bilingual and able to help the customer in front of me without language being a problem that I see in some places.

This Is the closest bank to my house Been with this bank for years for years they couldn't take 10 minutes of there time to help me or show me how to set up a savings account She said she had another appointment but yetthere was 2 other people sitting in their offices I don't want to set up an appointment I have kids and Rarely have time I'm not saying they should work around my schedule but they should have someone else attend to the customers if the person can't they just don't look out for their customers like they should

This Wells Fargo is a waste of time. It’s barely even a bank. How is it that the other locations are able to do a cashiers check but Wells on Altamesa can’t? Also I about had it with this company’s trash customer service. I have been without a Wells Fargo debit card for over 6 months because they do not know how to deliver my card correctly to my address listed on my account. I am done banking with Wells Fargo. I been a customer since 2003 and from 2021-2022 I’ve nothing but bad experiences being inconvenienced by my own bank for whatever reason. It does not matter the reason because I bet it’s lame. The branch manager couldn’t tell me otherwise. Bad Bank! Bad Bank!

The lobby is never open,they are limited to what they can do through drive up…Complete inconvenience literally 5mins from my house always have to detour and go to mccart which throws off my whole errands

Super slow service even went and the ATMs were out of funds definitely checking looking into other banks such as Chase and Bank of America never saw or heard of they're ATMs being empty besides that the lobby is closed and long drive through wait. SMH Wells Fargo.

Wonderful service and fantastic representatives. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for about 5 years now and never had any issue with them. I have used this branch several times with pleasant experiences all around.My last visit I was cashing a Wells Fargo money order that was 11 months old and the banking clerk informed me that If I would have waited another month to cash it, The money order would have expired. I was not aware of this, and I immediately cashed my money orders that I had been saving because they were all approaching 1 year old.

Nicole was the Bomb! (No pun intended) but she greeted me with open arms as soon as I came through the door. And I didn't feel like a criminal or stereotypical "improperly" out of place unlike my experience at the Berry branch. As if all blacks rob banks or come to do something wrong and criminal. You can pick vibes up like that when entering banks..especially body language! but not this one! She heard my concerns and assisted me in completing my account set up without any reserves or turning me away. She was warm and greeting. Definitely will be my home branch!!?
