This is the strangest and possibly most inconvenient Wells Fargo location. The drive-through banking lanes are never open, only the ATMs. There’s only a single drive-through lane next to the building that’s open most of the time. It’s also the only bank I’m aware of that opens at 9 AM after you’re already at work. Just strange.

I was having issues with this particular bank, but I spoke with legal counsel, and I thought I worked it out, but in my first deposit, I was having slight issues with the tellers, but at the end, we got it worked out. Still, I'm waiting on some more interactions with the tellers before I upgrade it to 4 stars.

I called multiple times & sat on hold was told they were too busy to answer my call so I drove 20 min to go in & was told I needed an account to exchange my change. My time would of been saved & I might of opened an account if they would of answered the phone.

This branch is the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. The Bankers are rude and will not make you feel valued. Make sure you make an appointment if you want their help!

Walked in to add my daughter to my account and was told the wait was hour and a half. Only two people working. Saw three other people enter and immediately leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe time to change banks.

Called to get some help with an issue. The lady was too proud to tell me that they don't do temporary cards. And then proceeded to tell me they cannot help me with my issue and that I have to either set up and appt or call customer service. Bogus excuse. Considering switching to a new bank. She was not helpful over the phone, I had to ask her kindergarten questions to even get her to speak about anything else other than they don't have temporary cards anymore.

Horrible. Drive thru bank teller Myra refused to give me a direct deposit form. I was the only customer and no other cars were in line waiting.

They never answer the phones and they are always very rude when I ask to many questions so overall their customer service is horrible. This is my first time banking so I have questions, I shouldn't have to feel like a bother at a place I pay to bank this is ridiculous they really need new management in this facility.
