I am still a Wells Fargo account holder DESPITE the fact that they did not remove a delinquent payment from my credit history after being advised by my bankruptcy lawyer to stop any payment while my case was being assessed and built. I am not necessarily loyal.

Horrible place they do not ever answer the phone or do call backsIf a customer is having problems with the credit card being sent to them they should be able to answer the phone specially if they don't know there new card number have been calling for almost a week and still no answerGo up there and they are still no help I have been banking with them since 2016 and never had a problem until now and it's sad I have to go through all this andy card should have been here and they wouldn't even give me a temporary card until my real one came just so much it's ridiculous

Horrible location I just tried to cash a check and the lady says that she can't do that because I just only have eight dollars on my account and that I need the amount like in the check for cash my check ?

If I could give this location a zero I would I came in around 1pm trying to cash and deposit money in my account which the check was a government check I was told by cashier I would have to deposit it in my account so I went to a different bank got it done with no problem

Waited 20 minutes and got no service. I informed them I was there to get a notary. 75% of the staff looked free and I asked twice for a notary. My entire lunch was wasted with these people. Yes I have a business and a personal checking account there. They may have judged book by its cover.

I was leery about using this branch of Wells Fargo due to the reviews I had read but the teller, Melissa, was amazing. She took care of all my needs including: issuing a Cashier's check, ordering more checks after updating my home address, withdrawing cash from my account and posting an escrow shortage payment to my Home Mortgage loan. And all in about ten minutes. I walked in extremely stressed but came out smiling. This is going to be my "go-to" branch from now on.

This is the worst bank I am beyond upset with this bank I have been a customer for almost 10years and I unfortunately became a victim to the pandemic and lost my job. Now I finally get a job trying to get back on top of things and Wells Fargo decides to put a hold on my husband paycheck till 10 days due to our recent history which was only about two months of hard times. We are a family of 7 and Wells Fargo believes a little 200$ will get us through for 10days if you are looking for a bank to have your back it definitely is not Wells Fargo

The staff there at the drive-through today are very friendly they greet you and the help me out to help pay my car payment through the drive-through because the lobby was close 1st time with this bank they're cool people

Horrible service. Made appointment for 11:30 to open new accounts for my elderly parent. We arrived at 11:33 and banker had gone to lunch, we had to wait until almost noon. While we were waiting, ATM customer came to the door because the ATM machine ate his debit card - the only thing the bank employee would do is tell him to call customer service or schedule an appt to see someone (oh and by the way, there are no more appts avail that day). Bank obviously does not want any business, can't be there when someone DOES schedule an appt and can't bother to call the ATM service to have an emergency response sent out. My mother just moved here from out of state and we didn't have the necessary IDs for her (would have been nice if someone had called like the appointment reminder email said they would) so all that and we couldn't even get an acct set up. Took my money to a different bank :(

This is the best bank ever! I have been with them over 20 years and will be with them for many more! The employees are great, very friendly and extremely helpful to the customer. They have a great customer support line that you can call 24/7 to help you if your having an issue with your debit card or whatever it may be. I have called it many times and they solve my issue each and every time. They have taken care of me over the years very well and I just can't say enough good things about Wells Fargo. I recommend this bank to anyone and everyone. Thank u Wells Fargo for all your support!
