I’ve never once been able to walk into this location and get any kind of service without an appointment! All I needed was a simple signature notarized and NOPE-one hour wait or make an appointment (first available-4 hours). That’s pathetic! I’ve been a customer with WF since 1972!!!!!! If it wasn’t so difficult to set up with another bank, I’d be a former customer within 4 hours!!!! But…today is the day I move to be just that SOON-former customer in the works.

I had a very disappointing experience with a branch manager at Wells Fargo named Joyce. Instead of providing clear assistance, she repeatedly emphasized her years of experience—yet couldn’t offer any helpful information or solutions to my issue. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.
As a customer, I expect respect and support, not condescension. Joyce could truly benefit from some behavioral and customer service training to better handle situations and communicate respectfully. I hope Wells Fargo takes this kind of feedback seriously, as customer service is a crucial part of any banking relationship.

My husband and I came in this morning to get a document notarized. I bank with Wellsfargo but he does not. The banker, Robert Reyes told us he could not do it because we both had to bank with Wellsfargo (which is not true). I have been a member for over 10 years and have never had any issues. We recently went to the houston location where they happily helped us out even though my husband does not have an account and did not even charge a fee which I know they do if you don’t have an account. This was very frustrating and a waste of our time!

AS A DISABLED VET I WE T TO THE BANK IT WAS EMPTY.I WAS TALKING TO THE YOUNG LADY ABOUT OPENING A SAVINGS TO MUCH IN CHECKING AND THE MANAGER CAME OVER AND TOLD ME WE HAD 15 MINUTES TO FINISH.SO AFTER 13 YEARS IM LOOKING ELSEWHERE.

Be wary of getting a CD at Wells Fargo-apparently letting it automatically renew gives you half interest-will never again get a CD at this bank-in fact Wells Fargo does not pay good interest on savings either-getting ALOT better interest at EECU

Extremely rude attitude, we are normal family going in doing some normal banking and they called us scam not only did not want to help us with some normal banking.They also giving you a hard time especially to not English speakers
The manager and the banker team up to give you a hard time they’re higher their volume and point at you. I just need some normal banking done. Will try to explain to them nicely and they roll their eyes and yell at us. We feel extremely threatened.

I just need to share the miserable experience I just had at this branch. The employee and his manager were rude and asked for things to open an account that we've never been asked for before by any other bank. We were told that a virtual office is not acceptable to open an account despite it being a legitimate address registered with the IRS. Don't waste your time with these buffoons.

Had to cal the store five times to get the phone picked up and was instantly hung up on when they finally did. For a job that's so easy the employees sure are lazy.
