Went in - had an appointment at 9 am, no one came to take care of me so I can closed my deceased father's account. Standard bank teller told me I had to make another appointment which isn't available for another week after waiting a week for the one I was supposed to have today. It wasn't her fault but the bank manager showed a lack of respect by not even coming out to notify me he would be busy or try to even reschedule my appointment for a sooner date.Unprofessional and poor management skill.

So I wrote a review and I’m guessing someone deleted it & AGAIN ILL SAY … The people inside this particular facility needs MORE training didn’t deposit my check right it bounced then proceeded to tell me I’d have to negotiate to get the money back if I could give zero stars I WOULD!!

Reno was absolutely amazing. Never had such a pleasant experience at a bank until now. Reno, besides helping us set up our business account also was able to get us in touch with merchant services to get that set up on the spot.He did all of this while being so engaging in conversation and answering questions we had which made the process not boring at all. We really appreciate you Reno.If you're looking to set up a new account ask for Reno he knows his stuff very well. You won't regret it.

I'm a fan of Wells Fargo bank. I know they have had some issues lately but this location has always been good to me. From getting cashier checks or just getting some cash, they are always friendly and efficient. I also love that they do not charge to get something notarized. Weather you have an account there or not they are always happy to help with your needs.

This Wellsfargo is the BEST hands down. I love to come here whenever I need service.The Managers at this branch is A1. They know their stuff and will properly guide you on guidelines for your bank accounts. Even the tellers and bankers are well informed. Quick service with friendly attitudes.
