This place has never been great. Couple nice people over the years. Sent a friend in to break a $100 for me because I was at work. Even sent my ID and debit card with him. They refused. Bah... You're a freaking bank! If you can't break a bill why are you in business as a bank? I tried calling the bank. Googled the bank and darn if their number on Googles listing isn't disconnected. Seriously. Google the Eastchase branch in Fort Worth TX. Can't make this stuff up. How do they not have their correct number listed?!? I'll tell you way: poor management!

They should probably close this branch. They closed the drive through and usually only have one teller working inside for non-commercial customers. They actually put commercial customers in front of me after i was waiting for more than 10 minutes. Waited another 10 and left.

The ATM’s are down here more often than they are functioning. That’s not an exaggeration at all. It’s just an extremely unreliable location. I can’t speak to the team inside but the outside ATMs are basically nonfunctional nearly every time I need them.I’ve been here three times since I posted this review. One or both ATMs have been down every single time lol also - no Wells Fargo - I’m not emailing your customer service line. This is your location! Treat it as such!

Worst Wells Fargo in Fort Worth. The phones are never answered. Both ATMs are always shut down and broken and are never serviced. If you do go inside to speak to somebody you’ll be told to go to a different bank if it’s such an issue.

Recently came here to get an insurance check endorsed. Came on a Friday was told to come back the next Tuesday. Came back on Tuesday same lady has three people waiting to see her. She is not only helping people from her desk but then goes to help the tellers intermittently. Making ALL the people patiently waiting for her, wait even longer. It is a very, very short staffed location. This place is NOT run efficiently at all. Making one person do most of the work is ridiculous. This branch needs to hire more people. I will not be coming back to this bank unless absolutely necessary.

Not good at all!Wells Fargo has been placing checks deposits on hold for ten days or more claiming that;“ Signature On Check Was Irregular”All needs to be done in this case is call the bank/credit union this check is with and verify it with them, if they have any suspicious they can call their client who wrote the check! There you go, that’s all you need to do Wells Fargo! Period.Ala Awad

This is a great branch… unless, of course, you’d like to get money from the ATM (frequently no cash), go thru the drive-thru (now closed), or conduct any type of transaction like a wire transfer or open a Trust without feeling like you have just participated in the closing act of a 3-ring circus.. I have been a WF customer for 25 years and have watched the level of service decline in recent years. The Eastchase branch is a snapshot into a larger organizational problem at a once great financial institution - I opened an account with a competitor and there’s a significant difference in service quality and attitude.

Avoid at all cost, they shut all drive thru windows and, have at most 2tellers usually just 1 even with 8or more customers in line. So slow.

Eastchase locations..This bank location is definitely not making it convenient for anyone. No drive through tellers and management said used the ATMs outside. Today went to use the ATM and both were out of cash and since I arrived at 5pm the inside was closed. No one cares!
