Food sucked. Burgers in both sandwhiches we ordered were burnt bad. If the burgers were any thinner or smaller in diameter, could have used them for a hockey puck! NOT going back!

Would give this location ZERO stars, if I could.Ordered three frostys via the app. Arrived & was told they had no Frostys. Asked for a refund, & was told by the manager that it wasn't their problem because I ordered on the app, & to call customer support. Asked for the general manager, so she called him, & he also told me there was nothing he could do, & I needed to call customer service for the app. It's not fault they don't have the item I ordered, so I shouldn't have to call & wait on hold to resolve their problem. They refused to do anything, so I called customer service, only to discover that customer service was closed. Went back into the restaurant, & the manager was still on the phone with the GM, & the GM FINALLY decided he would have the manager issue the refund. Which is what he should have done from the beginning. This is not the first problem with this store, so I won't be back.

They were out of stock of several items. The window, speaker, and sign were barely functioning. They had us move immediately out of the drive through despite being the only people there. NO napkins NO receipt NO ketchup. Bad customer service. As well as really long wait.

everytime there is new excuse .Cash only , drive thru only , lobby only, No systemNo salads , No nothingI recommend closing this store or change workers .

When I was picking up my food there were alot of problems going on with the workers there was no management if there was they were not taking care of business a ladie found a bag of food on the counter asked who's it was to the workers and I just seen her throw the bag across the room. This place needs a huge improvement ! That was at 7:30 ish my food was cold and I was scared to ask for ketchup nothing was stocked no ketchup napkins none of that !

Food is fine but it takes them 20 minutes to get you value-menu items, went to grab a quick bite before work now im 15 minutes late and still waiting... i almost exclusively go to wendys but not this one,

Was told it would be 10 minutes for food at drive thru. Only 1 car ahead of us. Didn't take 10 minutes, BUT the fries were definitely cooked in old oil. Everything in the bag stunk like burnt old oil. ? Won't be eating at this location ever again. ?
