Dr. Cass gently walked us through saying goodbye to our diabetic dog, Hudson - yesterday. She was extremely kind to Hudson and me- giving us time to talk to him and allowing me to hold him. I have had recent experience with hospice services for a family member and Dr Cass was every bit as professional and compassionate - so grateful for her professional care.

I have been going to Westcliff for two years now. I will never go to another veterinarians office again. The staff is professional in all aspects. They really do care about your little guys and look at them as family not dollar signs. The newest veterinarian Dr. griffin is fantastic. We have three French bulldogs and they are officially west cliff animal family and always will be. You will have no regrets going with Westcliff.

Great staff and very nurturing, friendly, and supportive team of professionals. We’ve enjoyed bringing our pet to this location for over a year now.

Continuation from Mary K what they really ment is better for them not me. The people here are friendly when you go to this location even when you call at time. The service is what is questionable. I thought seeing another vet would be good since the other veterinarian that I was seeing is no longer there but I question the quality of their serve and the way they conduct business. Do better because you can’t just replace your fur baby. You entrust your beloved fur baby to you all… but instead of doing better you want to refuse service because I questioned the other veterinarian that was there which I had every right to do… you reap what you sow. I hope that people see that you are not genuinely trying to give there fur babies the best care… and if something happens to there fur baby and you question them on it… they will simply refuse you serve. That’s not good business or behavior. I hope people read this and see you for what you are. Your morals are poor ant best and bad veterinarian hospital overall. You make like your kind and at the same time conduct yourself in a poor manner. Thank you have a blessed day.

Beware: I went to Westcliff last year brought my baby that I loved dearly who was 11 years old. I also rescued a fur baby that I found last year & brought her. I had brought my dogs in several times to have them checked for different things. I trusted & believed what the vet told me whom was caring for my fur babies. My 11 year old who I loved dearly happened to get sick. I called the vets office for days trying to bring her back up there even tho she had just been there a few day’s prior. Something was wrong & I was just trying to get my baby the help she needed. None of the veterinarians apparently were in office this week. I was worried because honestly I didn’t know where to take her and I really didn’t want to go somewhere I was familiar with. But for the sake of my beloved fur baby who was all that I had left from my original fur baby. I took her to a different vet not by choice but because I had no other choice. When I went to this location & spent thousands to have my baby seen about because she had kidney failure from what I found out. When asking the doctor how this could be possible? The veterinarian & I won’t say names, told me that she had been dealing with this for a while. I am trying to understand a while & I’m greatly concerned because I just had my baby at the vet less then a week ago & I am trying to figure out why my veterinarian didn’t tell me this when I just had her a westcliff. So I am sure you can imagine the trauma that I was dealing with trying to come up with the funds for this other location to save my fur baby. Even tho this other veterinary hospital wasn’t open during the weekend they went over & beyond keeping her there through the weekend hooked up to IV’s giving her fluids trying to save her. I am sad and heartbroken ? to say that my fur baby couldn’t be saved. I was devastated. During this time I am also suffering health issues of my own and not to mention we had just found out my husband was having heart issues that we were also trying to see about. So I had a lot on my plate of course. Westcliff I had found out later was notified that my furbaby had passed away. Do you think they called me to give any condolences or sent out a card? No they didn’t. I had to call them several times and leave messages for a call back. Which I finally got while my husband was at a heart appointment. While speaking to the veterinarian I let her know that I was hurt, sad, upset, disappointed, and confused. I expressed to her all of my concerns & why I was so hurt because I had just had her at her office & had expressed certain concerns. The same concerns I expressed to the other veterinarian who told me something completely different from her & said she had the issue for a while. Now mind you my other dog is waiting on the second shot still for a full shot that took place 8 months ago or more. Which I kept being told I was on the wait list & they would call me but they never did. So I call today because I need my other furbaby to get her yearly shots and get checked out. First I am told they have no openings until next month. Okay her shots are good till then. Then I am being told wait that, that’s not right they have no openings till February because the veterinarian I was seeing went to Houston and it’s only 2 of them and one will be gone for a month. So I thought something was off. And I am then told let me give you a call back to see what’s going on with the schedule. I said okay sure. Wouldn’t you believe that because when my first baby passed and I spoke to the veterinarian about how I felt about my baby passing which mind you the phone called ended in a decent manner. And I was never told I wouldn’t be able to bring my other fur baby up there. I simply asked for better and I don’t think there should be an issue of asking for better if you are willing to do better for people’s fur babies aka there kids/children if you are willing to do so. Obviously they are not because when I got my return call back I was told that they believe me taking my furbaby som

First vet visit for my Samoyed puppy. The vet was condescending and acted like I knew zero about my dog. She trimmed three of his paws and now he won’t stop licking those paws. She cut them too short. Very disappointed and not such a good experience for his first vet visit. I will say the staff was very nice.
