I have recently moved to these beautiful and spacious apartment homes and have been blessed to know the staff here . Mainly Kathy, who has worked with me since I came in the last two months or so. 5 summers… 2 Pools… 1) Any wagers on pools being debris & alga-free before Memorial Day wknd? 2) If pools are ready on time, only a week away, any wagers on how long they’ll stay that way? Not one summer have the pools been maintained throughout an entire summer. If your maintenance team can’t handle it, then hire a pool cleaning professional! Owners charging an amenity fee, but where are the amenities? It’s sure isn’t the state of the art gym or flee & poo infested dog park! For real…
Next… Children. We love children, but they need to be watched when playing outside. Bikes & toys laying in parking lot, kids running around with cars driving through. Trash and half eaten food thrown on the ground everywhere. Come on parents, y’all grown! Help teach your children to throw away trash and keep our community clean. If they don’t, then get out there & clean up the mess! This isn’t the Ritz, housekeeping isn’t in the amenity agreement.
Dog owners… Keep you’re dog on the leash & pick up its Poo! Just because you’re dog is nice, doesn’t mean other dogs are. It puts all dogs and pet owners at risk of something really bad happening. If there aren’t poo bags at the stations, which is pretty much all the time, it’s still your responsibility to clean up after your dog.
These are only a few of many issues on this property. Charging brand new build market rates for run-down older property lacking amenities and upkeep. Very sad, but I’ll be so happy when my lease is up. I kept saying each year it would get better and keeping an open mind. 1 star to Western Station. Doesn’t matter who’s working in the mgmt office, as I’ve seen at least 20. These are reoccurring issues, meaning the property owners are at at fault. Until they step up, don’t expect any manager to have any long term results.

Well since living here things were rough. But got better over time and Krystal came along and things got better but now she left and things are going to crap again. First let’s start off with pools that never seem to work half the summer your charging all this rent but can’t keep our amenities in order. Second you charge us base pay rent then turn around and say her here another 300 dollars in fees we didn’t tell you about. Then to find out now your taking section 8 which I have nothing against anyone on section 8 but when you have 30 kids running around and kids jumping in front of cars while we’re driving it’s a tad bit annoying. Then we didn’t have towing but now we’re towing because some people want to have more then 1 car like my neighbors who have at least 12 people living in a 3 bedroom and they all have cars and take up at least 8 spots all from the same apartment. Idk who gets mad reading this. We now have police fire ambulance all the time Also if you know your dogs aggressive towards other dogs walk the other way don’t bring them towards another dog. Do you people understand that. Anyways really want out of my lease. The gates are never closed they are always open which leaves us open to criminals something needs to change and change fast or I’m going to break my lease and get out

Oh goodness do I have a review. Don’t move here unless you are okay with being harassed the entire time living here, of if your okay with mold growing in your walls and maintenance taking an entire year to look at issues. We have lived here since June of last year and FINALLY received our garage clicker we had been asking about for 8 MONTHS. our toilet has been broken the entirety of our lease with multiple maintenance requests and not a thing done. We have mold growing above our shower and when maintenance FINALLY came told us we can go to Home Depot and buy new parts ourself, (first apartment that has EVER told me that). Also, what about the mold? Next, we have again been here all year with our dog and now they tell us when we have less than a month left on our lease that we have to pay a pet fee for our SERVICE DOG. THAT WE ALREADY REGISTERED 3 TIMES. Have a flat tire? Too bad gotta tow your car because you can’t change your own tire in your own garage. The pool is constantly broken and never open. Also, the sauna I wouldn’t step into without a gas mask and hazmat suit. This place has done nothing but fail to have safe standards. Harass the tenants and try to add on fees for any reason they can to get a extra buck. Management has changed 4 times since being here and no one seems to know left from right. Krystal was the best thing that ever happend at this apartment and the only slight time our stay here was convenient was when she was managing. Also, we signed a eviction addendum on the 1st putting a payment down to then pay the rest later on (since we are leaving to give us extra money for deposit on our new place). Then the lady calls us 15 mins before closing on Saturday saying she made a mistake and we on top of paying for our SERVICE DOG must pay the entirety of the rent within 2 days. (Basically going against a contract we had signed just a day before). This place sucks and at this point we are looking into an attorney for a list of things beyond what was mentioned in the review. DO NOT live here unless you want to add therapy to a monthly expense for all the stress that comes with living here.

My microwave has been broken for a month & a half now & still no news on the replacement. Rent is pressed to get paid but appliances aren’t fixed in a timely manner. I was charged $65 to my account because Krystal gave the ok for apt workers to fix balconies but only hook up to MY balcony outlet to fix mine & all surrounding balconies from 12pm-4/5pm which I was NOT ok with bc I pay just like everybody else through a light company & the workers blocked my garage door & had attitude when I asked them if they can move their truck & ladder. They DO ride around on golf carts harassing tenants about visitors, you get knocks on your door without prior notice and me being heavily pregnant I prefer NOT to wear clothes at home. The pest control guy was going to open my apt door before I answered while me and my children are home and that’s NOT OK because why are yall allowing non tenants to open my door without my consent! Only the apt manager should have a key to my unit! I don’t even feel safe here anymore I thought the area and complex were good but NO. I need to know if I’m allowed to put an extra lock on my door for me and my children’s safety because that’s not safe at all man! Y’all don’t need to be entering tenants homes without consent that’s not ok at all if somebody would have walked in on me butt naked I would’ve called the laws bc hell no that’s uncalled for! I can’t even take naps anymore in peace because I’m scared my apartment is going to be opened without my consent while I’m home if I’m asleep and it’s getting VERY annoying. Take heed before moving here I’ve only been here since March 1,2025 and I already regret moving here I can’t imagine how some of the other tenants feel that’s been here getting harassed longer smh time needs to fly by a lot faster. I feel bad for the next person with kids that move into this unit because there’s a Karen couple that lives under me and complain 24/7 saying “adults” are running around day & night when it’s my 1 & 4 yr old 🙄 like you are not entitled to anything more than anyone else in this APT COMPLEX, there’s going to be noise it’s an apt complex and the fact I’m the only one getting complaints but no complaints about surrounding tenants blasting youngboy past 11pm like yep get right with god and leave me and my kids ALONE bc yall are just as annoying as it may be to hear my children running around you bitter old people! Trying to beef with kids is crazy and I will NOT lock my kids in my room 24/7 like I was suggested to do by Krystal and the regional manager because that’s NOT right and quiet time isn’t until 10pm (my kids are almost always asleep by 8:30pm but even when they’re not it’s never past 10pm that they’re up only my 1yr old that’s teething so please go to hell) I was asked the first time if I could remove my review but I shouldn’t have because nothing has changed so this one will NOT be taken down!

Since new management took over 8 months ago the place has gone down hill. Front office is unwilling to help when you need something and are very rude. They charge unnecessary late fees. When asked about unexpected price increase they would say that’s how it is now. Stay away from this company.

I wouldn’t recommend moving here save the trouble it’s not worth it not one bit ! horrible racists money hungry can’t even feel comfortable without being watched ride around on the golf carts being nosey comes up with unknown fees come to the office early , leaves the office early krystal is horrible , nobody seems to care 😂 reviews will tell it all units not up to date they just be trying to get your money , get you moved in as soon as they can gates always stuck , not closing never received a garage opener when I moved in for months never got a trash can , still don’t have one after maintenance said they would bring one again I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY but save the trouble guys take your money else where !

Don't let the photos fool you... Renter's Beware. I am a resident of Western Station and just over a year now and I still do not have a working entry gate key or concierge package code that actually works… I have repeatedly expressed this concern throughout the year to management (whoever feels like working that day) and with no success… The excuse is that they have wifi problems. I pay for both these services in my contract and never received…Also, trash is not picked up regularly on valet days which is another fee that they make the tenants pay for. Pools are also not well maintained and was down half the summer. Sprinkler systems do not work for the grounds so everything is dirt and burnt bushes. The interior unit has cracks all around the shower area and maintenance says that it will keep cracking because they only allow him to use the cheap stuff. The outside of the unit needs a paint and the gutter is falling near my balcony. I keep getting the same response from management (Krystal Dorman), “we are working on it. what else?”. Most days no one answers phones in the management office. So you will have to try to catch them in the office. They come late and leave early… Also, management will tow your car out of your driveway, limit you to four visits a month by non occupants and will charge a fee of $5 per visit after that daily. This place is not worth the headache. Management is subpar as well as apartment.

Apartments are excellent. Everything is excellent. Service is good and quick. Staff are polite and kind. Administrative staff are friendly polite and respectful. Facilities are very good. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit and move.

These apartments may have had a bad rep, but after the management came in and actually listen to the residents I can say it pretty chill now. Maintenance is on point never have to wait more the 12hrs for any issues to be addressed/fixed. And I can't say enough about Jasmine one of the leasing managers. She has been so helpful the past few month. We are upgrading from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and she has been awesome. Always available to answer any questions and has been getting things done. Thank you Western Station Staff for all that you do.

Excellent place to live, we moved here 2 months ago and from the first day Seneyda and Jazmin helped us and throughout the entire process to make it quick and easy, they also explained everything to us clearly, thanks to that we made the decision to live here. I recommend this place 100% and their entire work team is 10 out of 10

I been here for over a month and Jasmine made my move and experience smooth since day one that I came to tour the property. I have heard nothing but good things from my neighbors about the new property manager Seneida and the good changes she has made to this place. I enjoy living here.

This complex apartment is a blessing for me. Profesional and helpful all the time, I couldn’t ask for more. The regional manager is outstanding and very kind. Hope I can stay here for a minute.
