On hold yes. Unloading appointment from midnight to 9am, do not arrive before or after, the office is at the entrance, unloading is at door 21, there is only one ramp.

I had 7 rolls and was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Not a bad spot to deliver to at all. Easy to get to, quick unload, overnight parking, and a bathroom provided.
