The Whataburger staff were more attentive & friendly, than my usual experiences. When we were walking out to leave, the cashiers (even) acknowledged it! We visited the Whataburger on Hemphill, south of Jennings.

Imagine ordering online, and when you get there it takes over 10mins to finally come out, then when you open your bag, the employees forget to give you the whole thing. This has been my experience 2 times now at this Whataburger. It's like they're in there glancing at the order and just going off what they THINK they saw then delivering poor results. This hasn't always been the case at this store in particular, but I noticed it's been occurring more frequently where they think I just ordered a sandwich then can't even get the customization right then turn around and omit the fact that I also ordered fries. Meanwhile they got my roommate's order 100% right, but mine, nah I didn't order fries and waste my money--no sir. It's probably for the best I stop ordering here, the staff has memory problems.Parking: Parking lot is mostly empty

Waiting 30 minutes when it’s only 3 cars in the drive thru line is insane. And only 2 customers were inside. I seen ppl standing around doing nothing while I wait for Lukewarm food. At least make sure my food is HOT if I have to wait over 30 minutes.
