Came to the drive thru. Ordered my meal. Had to be moved to a numbered spot. After waiting 10 mins I got my food and I left. I realized the fries were not there. Had to return. Upon arrival not even an apology or offer to up size the fries for the inconvenience and fries were tossed in. Got back to eat and the burger had tomato’s after I said no. And they forgot the ketchup. Not happy at all. This has been the 3 time I’ve visited this place. Always errors.

I ordered some food on the app for delivery and right when it said it was going to arrive the order was canceled.. I called the restaurant and the lady on the food was very rude and wouldn't hear me out.. they took my money and I never got any food.

Waited over 40 min for food. Was not fresh. No team work among the staff and they didn't care how long you waited or how many orders they were behind on. We got food that we didn't even ask for and when telling them our order was wrong, we still didn't even get it. Out of all the locations, I'm done with just about 4 that I really care less to even at Whataburger at this point.

Fries were hard and old, the workers don't know how to make the orders.. Most of the customers were complaining about the orders being wrong. NEVER AGAIN , at this location.

I recently started going back to Whataburger on Cockerhill, last night I order my food online. I get there my food wasn't ready, people was standing around waiting on service, the crew was working like turtles NO SINCE OF URGENCY at all.Food and trash was all over the kitchen floor, safety is what came mind slip and fall, the lobby area was a mess, there was no condiments for us on the stand. The service at Whataburger is not professional. If all you can hire is kids get some with work ethics and a GROWN adult that can mentor, coach, lead, educate them on good work ethics, customer service. By the time I got my fries they were cold and my vanilla shake was melted. The owners of Whataburger needs to revamp all their locations retrain the people you have placed in charge to run your business. SMH

Traveling out of town and picked up breakfast at 7am. Got the breakfast bowl. With coffee. The biscuit was hard. Tasted like days old. The coffee was cold n bitter. It was probably previous day leftovers. Ugh so disappointing.

Patty melt is still good and the servers here have always had a good attitude and kept the place clean. Just seems like whataburger around Texas has fallen, especially in their chicken.
