The shop has so much character, with many finding the hat stuff insanely cute. Experiences with staff vary. Some find the staff sweet, superb, and personable, noting amazing service where employees are a huge help, explain things clearly, and go above and beyond, even closing the store to retrieve an item from storage. This great customer service can completely turn around a negative experience and make the entire search a blessing. However, other visits are marked by less friendly service, with no greeting and employees who seem too busy to make a personal connection. The merchandise features boutique-style clothing, though some note the prices are pretty high. Overall, it is a place many would recommend for its unique and cute collection.
