Dissapointed. They are always friendly at this store but unfortunately gave me a defective item when I ordered a ladle for pick up. This was a $63 spoon and they packed one for me that has a visible seam in the bowl of the spoon that is not pcitured on their listed item. This should never have been selected for me and is a bad business practice to knowingly sell a defected item. The item on the website has the bowl made from one piece of wood and the handle from another. This would make it worth the price. Unfortunately one that is pieced together is not nearly as valuable and I worry what the adhesive means for food safety.

i love williams-sonoma products but i absolutely hate this store. most of the sales people are judgmental older caucasian ladies who treat people of color like we have never been in the kitchen and therefore don’t belong in the store. i was asked ‘can i help you, sir?’ which is great if you’re a man which i am not. on another occasion, my husband was asked if he needed a bag though i was the one making the purchase and handling the transaction. get a clue, old ladies! you should up your customer service game while i go spend my money at sur la table.

It’s always a pleasure to shop here. We come every year for seasonal treats, and this is my go-to spot for gifts. But really, the staff are the best part. Betty in particular has helped me with pickup orders, going above and beyond to make it a smooth process for me.

I know this is a snob store and I should expect snotty, pretentious behavior, but it’s still not acceptable. They were happy and nice when I came in and spent a grand on an Espresso machine and a couple espresso cups. The glass cups are hand blown and one had a loose handle that came off. I came in literally a week later and the lady gave a lot of weird looks and I got the impression that she assumed I was lying. It was a completely different experience. I could tell that she didn’t even recognize me and she confirmed this when she asked how long I had the cup, and then oddly got me a replacement without looking at my receipt. You can’t just be nice when I’m spending money. It’s a tiny, cheap espresso cup, and it DID have a defect. Just ask me for my receipt and if I’d like a return or a replacement, smile and let us get on with our day. It’s not that hard. You work at Williams Sonoma. You’re not even allowed to be judgy, assuming, and pretentious, lol.

Went to their Sunday cooking class. Everyone in the store was very nice.Picked up some delicious cookies from England. They have a great clearance on holiday foods. Very good coffee machine. Bought some dumpling sauce. Heard great things about their sauces.

We just tried to return a defective set of plates that cracked and clearly were bad quality and were told they would not remedy our problem. Their return policy of 30 days suggests they know the plates will crack and look bad very quickly. I will never buy their products again and especially not the Fort Worth store

No way to give you more than one * , if I could, I would only write the review. I haven’t been to this location for 4-5 years and now I recall why. For the same customer service they provided.Today my husband and I stopped by to see whether they carry a specific baking sheet. When we entered I have changed my sunglasses to the prescription ones, opening my bag and guess what? A shop assistant immediately stopped by asking how she could help us. ?♀️ Bad move. It was not even 10 seconds, I might have not been able to put on my glasses. I told her “no , we have just come in “ . From that moment she went alarming the staff and everyone was following us around the place like we were some thieves. Even the manager emerged us to pay the single item I have chosen. “Are you ready to check out?” Even though I wanted some other items but no THANK YOU ! I will take my money somewhere else. Shame, such a company like this treats customers like thieves.

Gorgeous store with all the cooking and entertaining pizazz you want to look at again and again, and buy! but only if you have room in the kitchen. Ah yes, I do love that their wooden spoons (and pretty much everything else) will say Williams-Sonoma on them, but the tag will disclose made in China or made in Italy, etc. so you can make an informed decision about what to buy. I love the newer William Morris design items, and the colorful cotton or linen napkins are as luxurious as you would hope them to be. Browse Le Creuset, All-Clad, and more. Pick up a new set of veggie peelers for yourself or a neighbor. They have Madagascar vanilla and other specialty tidbits. It's great. However, there is something of a vibe here, and if you remember the Pretty Woman movie where Julia goes shopping with cash in hand, and how that went, it's a little bit like that. Even so, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here as long as I walked in the door packing confidence and focus, determined to be unphased while browsing the array of delightful goods.

Buyer beware of online orders. I ordered a coffee maker online because I needed the coffee maker fast. Picked up the product, got home, which is 1.5 hours away, opened the box and realized the product was used. After calling the store, because it was an online store pickup, the only option I had was to go back to the store to get it replaced. Since this is a store that sells premium priced products, I would have thought the company would have better processes in place to first prevent used products from being sold at full price and second a better return process for their mistakes.

Claudi is amazing. He is well-versed and has lots of personal experience with the cookware pots and pans. He made all of the options that I had been considering for weeks, seem like a very easy decision.

My daughter registered with Williams Sonoma for her wedding gifts and it’s been a catastrophe! Several gifts without a gift note and no way to track the person who purchased it. Several gifts came crushed and broken due to the worst packaging I have ever seen. And they give you grief during the return! Then they charged over $100 in shipping for a gift costing over $1000! Worst! Tell your daughters NOT to register here!

Woman with short blonde hair who I believe was a manager had SUCH an attitude. I have no idea what was going on, but I was treated like I stole something that I needed a simple exchange for as a gift. Bizarre. When I finally got the receipt, she looked at another employee and said "take care of it." Don't know what's up with that, but for Williams Sonoma that's a very rare experience.

Disclaimer: I have never had an experience like this so I felt the need to write a review. I have always had positive experiences at Williams Sonoma, however, I was not impressed today. My friend and I visited University Park to shop Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn in search of items for her new home. On entry, we received a “once over evaluation glance” from the salesperson with auburn hair. She then proceeded to linger as I perused the store, but not in a helpful way. It was obvious she believed I may pocket something, or slip it into my Louis. Maybe the 95º heat and humidity, along with hours of shopping, disheveled my appearance to the point she believed I was an ingrate (or maybe she just isn’t very friendly…). I decided not to buy the crystal decanter I was eyeing because of the experience. Irony: I work theft cases reported by stores like this, and theft is not my thing. Moral of the story: don’t judge a book by its sweaty cover.
