Claudi is amazing. He is well-versed and has lots of personal experience with the cookware pots and pans. He made all of the options that I had been considering for weeks, seem like a very easy decision.

My daughter registered with Williams Sonoma for her wedding gifts and it’s been a catastrophe! Several gifts without a gift note and no way to track the person who purchased it. Several gifts came crushed and broken due to the worst packaging I have ever seen. And they give you grief during the return! Then they charged over $100 in shipping for a gift costing over $1000! Worst! Tell your daughters NOT to register here!

Woman with short blonde hair who I believe was a manager had SUCH an attitude. I have no idea what was going on, but I was treated like I stole something that I needed a simple exchange for as a gift. Bizarre. When I finally got the receipt, she looked at another employee and said "take care of it." Don't know what's up with that, but for Williams Sonoma that's a very rare experience.

Disclaimer: I have never had an experience like this so I felt the need to write a review. I have always had positive experiences at Williams Sonoma, however, I was not impressed today. My friend and I visited University Park to shop Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn in search of items for her new home. On entry, we received a “once over evaluation glance” from the salesperson with auburn hair. She then proceeded to linger as I perused the store, but not in a helpful way. It was obvious she believed I may pocket something, or slip it into my Louis. Maybe the 95º heat and humidity, along with hours of shopping, disheveled my appearance to the point she believed I was an ingrate (or maybe she just isn’t very friendly…). I decided not to buy the crystal decanter I was eyeing because of the experience. Irony: I work theft cases reported by stores like this, and theft is not my thing. Moral of the story: don’t judge a book by its sweaty cover.

My husband and I swung by Williams-Sonoma to look for a new cast iron skillet and the sales associate, Betty, was SO helpful and kind to us. She was so great with helping us find the one we needed, and we ended up getting two haha.We even chatted about coffee and she served us an espresso drink and told us about different espresso machines. Truly a great experience and Betty was the best. Love this store!

It has been many years since I was treated in such a condescending and rude judgmental manner by anyone. While I didn't know it was a requirement of a retail worker to assume anyone not flashing their cash or a black card couldn't afford to shop.... I didn't think we still show those judgements out loud in 2023. But if you have missed the experience of being talked down to and treated as though you should have known better then to speak to the retail worker. well then, TCU William Sonoma is the place for you. Just ask about the stove.

Always so nice and the simmer pots they have going make it smell so nice. Was my first time using knife sharpening service and they did amazing. Were done with 5 knives in about an hour even when the store had a lot of freight they were working.

The worst customer service.. this is my third time, placing an order and going into the store to pick it up and looking around and buying more products but these ladies do not like to help they get caught up in their friends coming in or helping other customers that come in after you lack of knowledge of products, and lack of customer service is terrible

The woman who "helped" us was Dianna. From the get go was a weird type of condescending in everything she asked us or was trying to tell us, in general was not very helpful, and overall literally made us just want to leave. I don't understand why having that type of exchange is a common thing is this location- maybe a poor choice in staff in general

I do not like live in Fort Worth. Ordered this gift for my son and my new daughter in law for Christmas. Called the store twice to make sure it was going to be just right. Paid for gift wrap. They never notified them that they had a gift ready to pick up. ( I was told they would contact them). When I finally called them to go get it and they opened it, this is what they got.

Received 'come apart' scissors as a gift from our daughter in 2021. Should be advertised as "fall apart". The 2 pieces are held together by a cheap washer that fell off during normal use. Tried to press it back together...but it didn't work. I took it back to the Ft Worth store only to hear from the clerk: " a) it's outside the 30 day warranty...sorry; and b) ours in the store fell apart too! Smile." OMG! $50 scissors that lasted a year? And they still sell this garbage. Please! Go to Amazon, or buy a $10 Fiskars.

I went to the TCU Williams-Sonoma yesterday to get a replacement for a pricy vegetable peeler that I had bought with a Christmas gift card last year. I really liked the peeler and have always washed it by hand (not in the dishwasher). While peeling potatoes for potato soup this past weekend, the cutter blade broke off the handle. I assumed the store would replace it for me since the peeler was defective. Buyer beware. The Team member informed me that they don't refund/replace anything that has been purchased more than 30 days.

While I didn't make my purchase yet, my husband and I had a wonderful experience in-store last weekend. Team member Laura was helpful and pleasant to work with, and happy to help us build a list to purchase at a later date for our new home build. She was still fairly new so also brought in a teammate more knowledgeable about coffee makers when we had questions. (I didn't catch her name, but she was an avid coffee drinker with much wisdom, and very helpful!) Great staff, great store!

Came in just to do some browsing and left with a Bee pattern bowl that's pretty freaking awesome. Service was ok once one of the associates started helping us it was kicked into high gear from there she was good.
