no trash cans , timing is not accurate . and refuses to refund me after they messed up my order that took them 40 mins to make. i asked for a 6pc boneless half korean bbq and half lemon pepper and came back with 6pc bone in original hot.

I visited this restaurant on last night about 11:15. It is a POOR EXCUSE for a restaurant! Service was inexcusable! They had at least 10 workers, no one came to work? Just play around like children? Disrespectful, arguing with the guest, really? I will be calling corporate on Monday. I expect some answers, this is a disgrace!

Food was trash I can tell the oil was old, y'all employees at night need help they need an adult there, employees making out in the lobby, the drink station disgusting AF. The manager on duty needs to be retrained. Y'all need to go over food safety, ecosure, qsr. And most of all customer service although I heard welcome to Wingstop y'all shouldn't be on the phones in the customers eye sight, y'all should be way more professional. And the GM really needs to have a team meeting going over all customer complaints and what y'all should do to be better. And have people in there that want to work like actually work. That's not the high school hallways where y'all can do whatever. It's an establishment get it together now?‼️‼️‼️‼️

Ordered a 50pc family combo. Fries were not seasoned and were soggy, they forgot our ranch, and wings besides the mango habanero were flavorless. Not the first time the fries have been unseasoned.

I was told my food was going to take 16 to 20 minutes. When I get to establishment, I asked how long until my food is ready since I was told it was not ready yet and still waited 20 minutes just to ask again to see my bag was pulled. It was the same bag that was sitting there waiting, and no one bothered to check or ask. Two people just standing there talking to each other while managers doing paperwork and only one person is working.

Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. It keeps getting worse with every visit. When they don't mess up the order it's just complete chaos. Today to start the young men at counter have the most disrespectful manners. Don't even acknowledge the customers,hand food with their backs towards customers, their presentation is even worse. I honestly don't want to see anyone's colorful underwear. I remember wearing a belt was a requirement. I'm guessing it doesn't matter anymore. Huge bandaid across the face guessing to cover the piercing. Spray bottle and rag in one hand and holding the crutch area with the other. Ordered online 30 min in advance to wait another 20 min.I don't plan on returning.. I don't recommend this location!

The staff here is extremely rude… 8/10 times I order here my order is wrong. Cashiers make it worse. Definitely need to re hire better people.
