I had a bad experience at this bank 5+ years ago and still think about it! That's how rude the woman was. I had banked there for YEARS, and for a few months I cashed my paychecks instead of depositing them (they were small, the money got spent pretty quickly, and after an issue with fraud on my account that's just how I decided to do things at the time.) One day this particular lady told me I couldn't cash my checks anymore and they were not a check-cashing service. I was like, "ok that's fine, can I please withdraw all my money and close down my account?" I wasn't even mad and was being nice, as usual. But she was SO rude and said they couldn't close my account. So I was like ok can I just have my paycheck back? She took my paycheck over to her coworker and was whispering to him, holding it... they were acting so weird. This was a payroll check from my job that I'd been at for years. She came back over to me, started randomly questioning me. These people saw me ALL THE TIME (every Friday for years), mind you. I had to ask the man (I guess her manager) to return my paycheck to me, since she was withholding it from me for literally no reason. He did. I also asked to withdraw all my money (it wasn't much in there) and to close my account. Which he did. He was like, "you've always been a good customer..." Yes!! Then why were y'all treating me like a criminal? The worst customer service I ever had in my life, was here.

My account was tagged for fraud alert Friday. The mice customer service rep was concern about my money being stolen that she she wanted to disable my on line account and my debit card and which she end up doing. I went and got another debit card the same day. I went today to try and get my online banking back up. They wouldn't take my paper license from the state which don't expire until 11-15-2023. I can understand if you told me first thing out your mouth. The young man asked can they accept that and she said yes and pointed at the date then when I said what I was there to get my on line back up and they looked confused and said I had to wait until my license comes.

this branch is the best. they helped my wife resolve an issue with a check that she deposited at another branch and the other branch lost and refused to investigate. the ladies here were able to get things resolved and are absolutely the nicest! we only go to this branch from now on!

I would spend $30 dollars to get a tire patched anywhere else before I would ever come to a Walmart and pay $18 dollars again, been here since 5:20 it is now 7:00 worthless.

Terrible customer service. Worst bank ever especially this location. Elsa was not a help and even recommended going to a bank of America because of their error. I think I just might do that because I been banking with this bank for 15 yrs and never had this issue pop up.
