I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a custom sign and paid a substantial amount of money, only to receive a blank white sign instead. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful. They did not take the time to understand my case or review the email string I had sent immediately, complete with photos of the incorrect order. There was a significant delay in their response, and to make matters worse, there was a turnover of employees managing my case. Overall, their customer service was terrible and I am very unhappy with the outcome.

Order was late after I paid extra for FedEx overnight shipping, and it was sent via UPS standard. And there is no accountability nor do they try to make it right by getting the order to me sooner.

BEWARE!! My business has been using xpressdocs for 2 years, spending thousands!!!!!!!! Just to find out that most of the cards were never being sent out. I called and emailed customer service multiple times for weeks and they showed no remorse. I do not trust them. This is a scam company who pretends to mail your postcards out but doesnt. USE a different company.

I've ordered a lot from Xpressdocs and their customer service is trash. Won't take responsibility for shipping orders late. Nick, one of their customers reps, was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. No empathy for the fact that they printed my order late and got to my 3 days late when I paid expedited shipping. He was rude off the cuff, which just made the situation worse. I'm looking for a new printer now.

$260 worth of Post Cards that I ordered have still not been delivered over a month later. Not only that, multiple mailing addresses were changed without my knowledge and cards were sent to people outside of the community that the card was for, even in other states! Xpressdocs will not take any responsibility or do anything to compensate for this.

Disappointed with the quality of card, presentation of text and photo. Text is such a small font for the size of the postcard you need a magnifying glass to read it and my photo is cut-off on the bottom of the postcard!! Shoddy presentation! I will not be using again.This mailout was important to me for my business - do you have quality control Express Docs? Wondering how these imperfections even pass :(

3 instead of 5 ONLY because they regularly run promo's that are out of sync when an agent would want a timely piece sent to the data base. Example, running a 25% off for Memorial Day but running it the Monday before when most of us have already planned for it and had something printed and mailed out sooner. When you call to see if they would honor the 25% on a very recently placed order, the answer is "so sorry, we aren't able to do that." There should be an available discount for regular users! The pieces come out well and do get to the destinations in a timely manner, the online support is great- the order process is easy to use. My only complaint is the inflexibility with their online coupons.

Annoying to work with them when it comes to their 'Flash Sales' - they sent emails of flash sales.. I made an order and forgot to add the promo code.. when I reached out to them.. they said too bad. This isn't 1986... every other company works through these scenarios.

I've asked multiple times to speak with a manager about a return that has not been processed properly. Each time I am told "they cannot forward the call, but will have someone reach out to me." Yet, never have I heard from a single manager or anyone who can properly assist with my return order. Their website is the opposite of user friendly and shipping costs are never consolidated and highly overpriced compared to any other manufacturer. I am very disappointed in their lack to provide thorough customer service. All that I want is a call back.
