I love Bungee One! In the past I would get bored quickly when I started a new workout routine but not here. I love flying through the air having fun while getting my heart rate up. It’s been a great find for me!

As a 40 year old with bad knees, over weight, and zero athleticism I did not think I would ever find a workout that I would enjoy. Add to that the insecurity that accompanies joining any kind of class. However, I found that Bungee One is my safe place! From the first day I have felt cared for, challenged, and empowered. The workout is incredible, and I find myself smiling through the sweat during the workouts. Would recommend for all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.

I love bungee! After two shoulder surgeries and a spinal fusion I struggled to find a workout that my body could handle. This is it! I love the different classes, my fellow bungee-ers, and our amazing instructors. If you haven't tried it, you should 'fly around and find out'!

I had the pleasure of taking an intro class on Saturday while in town visiting and it was amazing to FLY! The atmosphere was encouraging and the class was so much fun!

Wife tried several times to speak to some one and was totally "shunned". People were there (before, and after class) and she tried just to ask a few questions and was waved off, as if to go away! NOT friendly AT ALL. If I could leave a "0" star I would!

This is by far the most fun way I have ever exercised! The instructors do a great job of explaining everything and making sure everyone is comfortable. There are different class options for everyone to find something they like. Can't recommend this place enough!

Bungee studios is fun. I did the intro to bungee class a few times before taking a strong bungee class. I also attend the trampoline classes, which includes small trampolines and weights section of the hour class. If you regularly attend, you can use their app to schedule classes during the week. They have different pricing packages including passes per class or unlimited. As far as booking, usually only the Saturday classes completely fill up. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming.

This place is amazing!!! All the instructors and fellow bungeers are great. Everyone is very encouraging and always has a smile. It is addictive, and sooo much fun. It has helped me lower my blood pressure and lose weight. The best kind of workout, the kind you forget you're working out because you're having too much fun!!!! Hope to see you soon ..

Absolutely the best workout. All of the instructors are amazing and take time to help you learn all the moves. They are also so encouraging. If you ever thought about taking a bungee class, I would say do it! and with BungeeOne because they are the best!

No matter your skill level, you will find your footing at BungeeONE! After coming for a few months I have truly shocked myself with all the things I've learned. All the teachers go out of their way to create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone! If you're considering it even slightly, give it a try!
