Nothing short of amazing! I called needing Knee-high socks when a delivery fell through. They answered and texted me pictures of options and I had them purchased within a few minutes. I swung by to pick them up and they had the bag waiting and ready for me. They even offered to walk it out to my car. Such a local gem! Thank you so much for your service. If you’re looking for anything infant or toddler, this is your place!!! ?

This store has the most outstanding collection of items. They are family owned and the atmosphere definitely makes you feel like family while you’re there! I felt extremely safe going in with everyone wearing masks and being required to wear a mask. All the ladies in there are extremely patient with me and the other customers in the store.Thank you girls! I will be a customer for life.

No other store has ever denied us entrance because our BABY (under 1 year old) wasn’t wearing a mask. My mother and I were both wearing one. Ridiculous. Good luck selling over priced clothes when you don’t even let a baby in the store. And the parking situation needs improvement just FYI.

My wife has shopped at this store for quite a while now. But when she went today, she was asked to cover our 4 month old baby's face with a face mask. When she refused, they told her she could leave him in the car or cover his face. I'm sorry, but the risk of suffocating our baby is not worth shopping at your retailer. We will never be back.By the way, the CDC says, "Children aged 5 years and under should not be required to wear masks. This is based on safety and overall interest of the child..". Educate your employees.

One of my close friends flew to Fort Worth TX to bring her daughter to have surgery at Cooks Children’s Hospital. I wanted to send a thoughtful gift to help cheer her up post surgery. I live out of state, so I googled Children’s Stores in Ft.Worth, I couldn’t find much and then I stumbled upon Zoe & Jack. I had THE BEST experience. I explained the situation over the phone, they text me photos of gift ideas, then wrapped it and HAND DELIVERED it to Cooks Children’s Hospital. I honestly can not remember a time when someone went above and beyond like this. Today my friend text me photos of her little girl with her gifts and they were so thrilled. Totally made her daughters day. If I didn’t live out of state I would be a regular. Thank you so much for such impeccable service, it meant so much to me.
