Phone is automatic, cant get operator even when following directions. Walking in is only slightly better.

I absolutely HATE navasota valley and literally pray that some day that we have a choice as of who our electric provider is. Having the opportunity to refer anyone to the most reasonable electric provider in my area navasota valley would be the last ones I would refer.

Our light bill has gotten ridiculous. My brother & his family lives in a double wide and their light bill is only $93 a month. Y'all are robbing us blind. He lives in Kerr Co. Why is mine $347???
