I was sitting in the parking lot at Wells Fargo in Franklin. I bank there. I was told by an employee that i couldn’t park there because it’s a private parking lot? There are no signs that state no parking. This was at 820 am on Friday march 21,2025. In front of the bank in the parking lot .Up until today i have loved Wells Fargo but what the hell? What happened to nice people.

mindy is THE BEST. she was informative, worked quickly to resolve all of our issues and she was the kindest person i've met though wells fargo so far. we are beyond thankful for them and will only be using this branch from now on.
