Cottons Corner is considered the crown jewel of Frankston and the best corner store in the area. It offers an overall great experience with very good service and good prices, making it definitely worth the trip. The menu is extensive, with four pages of things to try, including everything you need. The food is very fresh, delicious, and amazing. The burger is hands down the best in flavor, size, and quality in a large radius, described as a dang good burger that surpasses fast food. The brisket is exceptional, the best some have had in East Texas, with great smoke flavoring. Other standout items include the smoked chicken salad sandwich, which is blow-away good, bomb beans, and a great breakfast. The owner is a very good guy with a positive attitude. The picnic tables provide a great place to eat, completing the positive experience.
Lady was extremely friendly and its a nice store to get some bait, maybe a fishing pole, and some food if you want some. Picked up a whole smoked rotisserie chicken for $10. Can't beat that. Really nice place to visit.
