Went to mail a folder with lots of papers and the man, Mr. Brooks, was very knowledgeable and very speedy. He really knows his stuff. Quickest and easiest stop by a post office I've had!! 👍

I cannot win with this post office. The front lady is super nice, but the delivery people have no regard for the weather when they leave packages outside and have also left my packages almost ten feet away from my door step. They’ve left my packages on the ground in wet grass…I have a porch. I asked them to just hold the packages at this point and they couldn’t even do that. Delivered it to my doorstep today…smh.

How about delivering the packages to the house door. And not just dropping them at the bottom of the drive. Ford explorer. Post master will get a visit on monday

I have always had excellent service when I visit the Post office, the staff is always so helpful with whatever I need !
Today after not receiving an Amazon package that says “Delivered yesterday, I called and spoke with the postmaster Lonnie and he went way out of his way to track my package and went immediately over to the residence it was accidentally left at and picked it up for me…he even offered to deliver it to me but I offered to come get it…I so appreciated his dedication to my issue !
I also want to say we have an amazing postal lady that is always so friendly and always on schedule delivering our mail to Berrycreek circle. Thank you for all you guys do at Frankston USPC !

Horrible. My carrier won’t deliver packages. My neighborhood has mailboxes in groups. To avoid going out of her way, or getting out of the vehicle & taking any longer than she absolutely HAS to, If it doesn’t fit in my mailbox, more times than not, I’ll get a notification telling me that I have to pick it up at the post office. Post office hours 8:30-4. My working hours 8-6. I’ve filed complaints in the past. If you don’t want to be a Mail/package carrier, please choose a different career!

Brooks inside the post office is awesome. He's helped me with three separate packages the last few days that were lost in the void! He always answers quickly too which is a huge change of pace from my previous post office.

This is the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks that a pkg was supposedly left on the porch and it is not......this is so flipping frustrating. Why can't you read the address??????? Obviously it got dropped off at someone's house and we have to find. Get it together. The only reason you got a 1 star is for some people who work at the desk in town.

No package delivered and no reason given. No way to reach any live human who is smart enough or cares enough to identify the problem or fix it. IOW, par for any and all government behavior.

Everyone at the Frankston office has been wonderful to me. During my surgery and after they took care of keeping my mail until I was able to finally return home 7 months later. They went above and beyond their expectations.Thank You so much

I receive USPS alerts through text messaging. I constantly receive messages when I have ordered packages that my item has been delivered when in fact it has not. There has also been a time when my package was delivered to someone else's house. If my package has NOT been delivered, please do not scan it saying it has been.
