The rainbow wearing service lady is not an asset, she is a liability and should not be in customer service. What a Horrible experience w her smug rude attitude and demeaning looks. I dread having to go into this store, specifically. Not all but most of that crew there are UNHAPPY and it shows.

Yesterday I stopped by this location to buy a new phone. Upon arriving I walked over to the iphone section and started looking at options. Shortly after Mitul asked how he could help me. I stated I needed a new phone he said sure & asked for my number. I gave him my number and he said ok, I could get a new phone. I told him I wanted the 15 pro and he asked for my license. I realized I didn't have it with me so he said I'd need to get it. I drove 45 minutes to get the phone so it was annoying to turn around and go back home to grab my ID. I asked if other forms of ID would work, and he said no. I asked Mitul if he knew if there was a location in Llano since that would have been more convenient having to make a second trip and his response was so rude. He said, "I don't know. Why don't you Google it?" Shocked by his answer, I walked out the store. I feel sorry for any customer who has to deal with him. RUDE RUDE RUDE! In a world where you can be anything, choose kindness! A simple, "I'm not sure" would have sufficed. AVOID Mitul at all costs.I do have to say when I came back (there wasn't a location in Llano) Ashleigh was a delight. She was so nice, helpful in explaining things, and went above and beyond to make it a great customer service experience. She is someone I would look to hire in my business and am grateful she was who helped me. 10 out of 10 with Ashleigh!

Horrible customer service. Went in to replace an old phone and was told multiple times by the sales rep that I would receive a $500 credit for my new phone by trading in my old one. I was only given $3 in credit and was stuck with over $1000 owed that didn't show up until I could no longer return the new phone. The new phone has now stopped working, and I can't trade in for another one without paying off my current one, including the $497 that I was shorted for my trade-in. 20 years with AT&T, and I'm now done. Off to Verizon.

Maybe if I had walked in and looked at more expensive phones instead of the prepaid SOMEONE might have eventually acknowledged us. Wanted to ad my husband on our plan. Atrocious customer service. Will go to the one in Uvalde. Always great custpmer service there.

I could not be any happier today, as a new at&t wireless customer. I have struggled the past year with another carrier, and to my pleasant surprise, Ashleigh helped me and was able switch me quickly onto AT&T.... THE BEST WIRELESS service IN THE TEXAS HILLS... And the absolute Very Best customer service available here in Fredericksburg. Thank You AT&T!

It’s hard to believe how bad the customer service at this store has become. Came in with questions about our AT&T service (we were having issues with our phones and needed help). They said they couldn’t help us and eventually the manager told us to leave the store. Over what? I still can’t believe it. Firstly, I recommend anyone looking for a wireless plan in Texas go with Verizon as in my experience Verizon offers far superior coverage and customer service. Secondly, if you do decide to go with AT&T I strongly recommend visiting any AT&T store besides this one. Their customer service has become beyond bad.
