“I checked in to see when I could bring my vehicle in to be looked at on August 27th. They said they were booked until the 15th of September, but that I could bring it in and they could possibly work it in between. My vehicle was ready to pick up on the 8th. Granted it was the starter instead of a loose connection, they were very prompt in their service. They got my vehicle ready a week before they even said they could look at it. Great service, precise communication, and well done in a timely manner!!! They even washed my vehicle!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“My wife and I were visiting Fredericksburg for three days. We picked up some equipment while we were there. The evening before we left to go home we noticed we had a flat tire on the trailer but it was too late to get the tire fixed. The next morning I got up and took the tire that needed the repair and another to get a replacement. I was so impressed with the service, how I was treated and of course my bill. Very affordable. “I love McLane Ford. I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from them. I had considered buying a Toyota Highlander. I went to the Toyota dealership in Boerne and was shown everything that I didn’t want. The high pressure sales tactics were ridiculous. I walked into McLane Ford. Felipe (salesman ) met me at the door and Mr McCarty (owner) was right behind him with a bottle of water. I was only shown vehicles I was interested in and no high pressure sales tactics!”
