“Outstanding service and next time my 100K+ car needs a repair I'll be taking it straight back to Felipe and the good folks at Quality. First off, I thought my car needed a much more expensive repair. Felipe correctly diagnosed what was actually wrong with my car and was honest with me that it needed a repair that was 1/3 of the price I was expecting to pay for. What I thought was wrong with my car. Goes to show. I don't know nearly enough to diagnose my own car from talking to Google. Felipe is a true professional and honest to boot. I was expecting it would take several weeks to fix my car as everything seems to take so long these days but to my total shock and delight my car was ready in 3 days!!! From start to finish their shop was honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They also gave me a quote before I even brought my car in and that was the price I paid. Paid. I appreciate that they only use dealer parts for my particular repair so I can be confident that the part won't go out in the future and that I can feel safe on the road. All in all.
