If you are planning a trip to Fredericksburg, don't even consider staying anywhere else. This place is absolutely enchanting with its historic quarry rock and luscious greenery. Shelley is the most amazing hostess and her breakfasts were better than even the local restaurants. Staying is wonderful. Leaving is hard.

It was a beautiful bed and breakfast! The hosts Shelley and Jim were welcoming and had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were luxurious! We loved our stay, and plan to stay again in the future!

Great place! Shelley and Jim are exceptional hosts and very accommodating. The location is great, the rooms are very nice, clean with fresh linens. The main house is also beautiful. You would think the breakfast was cooked in a restaurant it was so good and fresh. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.
