Service writer did a great job. Technician did exactly what was requested. Overall service experience was great.I was a bit surprised at the cost of $170.00 to change oil and 2 filters. Pretty sure I’ll do myself from now on.

The best car buying experience we’ve had! We were delighted to find that our local dealership offered the best pricing on our new Wagoneer, and the service was friendly and responsive.

This is a message I sent the dealership on May 8 2023. I have received no response of any kind. I think the email says it all!! They absolutely knew the vehicle had damage and did not disclose!! Buyer beware!!Please forward this to JuliAnn & the General Manager of your dealership!!Hello,I purchased a 2021 Challenger Super Stock from your dealership in May of 2022. The car had 6000 miles and was reported to be in pristine condition.I requested disclosure of any and all blemishes and any damage with photos. I was told that the front spoiler had a mark on it and I received the photos (no problem). The drivers seat bolster had cosmetic damage that was photographed but not mentioned. I found out when it arrived as I did not blow up the photo (now replaced under warranty).I was told that the vehicle was fully inspection. According to the carfax the oil was changed by your dealership and your dealership did a suspension alignment on the car (why would a dealer have a pristine 6K mile Super Stock aligned).Since the car was inspected and serviced, I had no reason to put the car in the air and pull the covers. I did notice the scrapes in the front shields but did not look any further. That is until September. I was about to take the car to Las Vegas. It had 8k miles (2x since purchase) and was debating whether to do an oil change. Fortunately, I decided to do theoil change and do it myself. I was disturbed for multiple reasons:The damage I found to the front subframe, splash shields, right catalytic converter, that were undisclosed by you. The technician would have absolutely seen the damage. I would be willing to bet that this is why your company did the suspension alignment on a car that was supposedly like new!! The subframe has multiple damage areas. I don't have to tell you what this does to the value of this collectible vehicle that I have over $100K invested. I am a collision industry professional, and this is likely $4K in damage to the car that was not disclosed!! I can easily put together an estimate. Also, remember I was going to change the oil & filter. When I was about to put a wrench on the filter, I bumped the filter and it moved. The oil filter was SO LOOSE, I moved the filter rotationally with a couple fingers about 1.5 inches & the seal was no longer touching the adapter!!!!!! If someone would tell me that an oil filter could be this loose & not poor 7 quarts of oil on the ground for my rt side rear tire to run thru and cause a devastating crash (this is a high performance car) or just left me stranded in the desert with no oil and a damaged engine, I would bet a substantial sum of money they were wrong (someone got lucky)!!!!!!!!!!! I think you need to explain the safety and financial issues of a mistake like this. Or have technician give me a call and I will gladly go over it with him!!Fast forward to approximately 2 weeks ago, I lifted the car to do some cleaning and found the front tires are great on the outside but almost gone on the inside!!! The alignment shows more than enough negative camber to cause this. The camber is not adjustable. You can add the front tires to the damage list. The undisclosed damage strikes again!!!I am very disappointed your company did this to me. There is no way to change the oil (as you did), do a full inspection, have the car aligned and not know the damage was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sure that most would see the alignment as a confirmation!!!I have not posted in any review sites my experience at this time. I am waiting to see how your organization handles this situation.I am requesting the general manager of your dealership contact me to make this right!!! If I do not here from your company by May 22 2023 I will take that as a statement of intent. Please forward a copy of the alignment sheet and the inspection report as they were never supplied!

All I can say is that this was the best car buying experience I have had in over 40 years of car buying. I was able to get everything I needed either online or over the phone. This was important since I did not live locally. Everything was ready and I only had to spend one hour at the dealership. Staff was amazing and informative. Best of all there were no additional dealer ad ons. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Crenwelge Motors in late 2014. It has been the best car I have ever owned. I made an appointment with Bryan to replace a lost fob. He was so prompt and professional. My engine light was on so he checked that too and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive when I left.Thank you Bryan Jeanne Weinman

Love small town dealerships. I bought a Ram 1500 Longhorn Crewcab 4x4 from Crenwelge in Dec 2019. It has been my all time favorite truck ever! So much so I wanted another, carbon copy but current year. They ordered a 2023 which came in last week. They made the purchase easy & FAST as I had requested, not wanting to spend 3-4 hours or more hanging around a dealership waiting on paperwork, etc. Good people who are friendly & helpful & got it done! Thank you Crenwelge Motors!

My wife and I were satisfied with our 2022 Jeep and the service we received from Cole and Nolan. The one tiny issue my wife had was the thoroughness of the detailing. Other than that, we are happy!
