I’ve been to many crossfit gyms in the last ten years and this is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. The facility is spotless, there’s a great community culture and above all, the coaching is elite! Highly recommend this gym!

CrossFit FBG has been the best gym ever ! Everyone is very welcoming . The entire gym is clean . Nice bathrooms /showers. The sauna and cold plunge are top notch! Proud to call this gym my home gym!

I'm visiting Fredericksburg for the first time and wanted to keep my workout momentum going while on a girls' trip, so I decided to attend a couple of classes... Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the gym/box is awesome! I'm definitely returning the next time I am in town.
