We would like to thank Page for her patience and assistance when we were searching for a zero-turn mower. We had lots of questions, test-drove mowers on two different days, and at every visit, Page was ready to assist us. We ended up purchasing a Z781i zero-turn mower and it gets the job done just like Page told us! We also want to thank Anthony, who delivered the mower. He went over all of the details of how to use and maintain the mower. He was patient and a good listener. We look forward to purchasing Kubota products in the future.

I scheduled my 20 year-old Kubota tractor for routine and major service, a couple minor repairs, and maintenance on the shredder to include new blades. The initial quote was decent, but when I made the final payment. It was several hundred dollars less than what they quoted. When I talked to the service rep, he mentioned they always quote by the book but charge in real time. Very honest, excellent work. First class pick up and delivery makes dealing with this company a pleasure.

I rented a tractor from Ewald Kubota and it was overall a good experience and I will definitely use them again either to rent or purchase. Justin helped me out and did a good job of communicating the delivery and details etc. Anthony delivered the tractor and was very helpful in explaining the different features of the tractor. They showed up when they said they would and picked up accordingly..Good people to deal with !

$18 freight on a $12 Echo part and you still have to wait a week or 2 to get it?! Don't go here looking for commonly stocked Echo parts unless you want to wait and/or pay almost triple. You can order Echo brand parts off Amazon at a good price and have in a few days.

Recently bought MX5400 for our property from Ewald Kubota in Fredericksburg, plus various implements. I made an inquiry online and Page (salesperson) was johnny on spot in replying to my email. Page listened to what we needed for our operation and recommended the MX. Anthony (delivered everything) was thorough in informing us on how to operate our tractor. I highly recommend purchasing and maintaining your Kubota’s in Fredericksburg.

Got a brand new set up, We bought a Kubota 17 years ago great tractor but moved a bigger property needed bigger tractor, Chase and Anthony were amazing. Anthony spent four hours with us at drop off going over everything we would need to know.. What’s great is that they’re local and if we need anything, they’re just a call away. What was even more impressive as how much service work Anthony’s done in the community to help the flood victims.

My first experience at Ewald Fredericksburg and it won’t be my last. Service tech Adam did a really clean, professional repair and service on my Kubota tractor. They even cleaned and detailed it before giving it back. That kind of attention to detail is really appreciated.
Anthony picked up and delivered it. Very professional. Great communication. Overall a very good experience.

I purchased a LX 2610 tractor from Ewald Kubota about 12 months ago. I scheduled service at my location on July 19, 2025. My location is pretty remote, about 8 miles from Mason, Texas, and I needed to have the service done on a Saturday. The service department was very helpful, and although they normally don't do service calls on Saturdays, they sent Parker out to take care of me. He arrived on time and did a great job. He did the warranty service, and also helped with adjustments on the shredder and gave me a lot of useful advice on the tractor. He did a great job, and I recommend him and Ewald without reservation. Thanks, guys!

Chace, salesman at Ewald Kubota in Fredericksburg, was exceptional when introducing me to 3 different optional tractors for my needs. Weeks later, I finally decided on the 3902, and Chace was able to facilitated the sale even though I was out-of-state; I could not have been happier. Then, once arriving back in Fredericksburg, Chace coordinated with Anthony for an on-time delivery. Anthony too was exceptional with his patience with me for a full tractor and attachments tutorial. He provided his cell number and insisted I call him should I have further questions or problems. Later this same day, 15 mins. into using the grapple, hydraulic fluid began leaking due to several loose fittings. No problem - I called Anthony and he returned later this same day to retrieve the grapple. He was genuinely apologetic, and promised to ensure it would be repaired and returned tomorrow. The following day, Chace returned the grapple to me, ready to use. Both of these guys were friendly, professional and personable. They were more than willing to answer any and all questions, and obviously worked swiftly to tighten some loose fittings and return the grapple so that I could continue my ranch project. I imagine all personnel at Ewald-Fredericksburg are good folks; without a doubt Chace and Anthony should be sought-out for their professional expertise when searching for a Kubota product. Five Stars for Chace and Anthony, Ewald Kubota.
