Stay away from this company!! Booked wine tour for 10 people. They never showed and won't refund me over $2000

BEWARE BEWARE!!! I AM OWED $4540!!!!! TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!! I booked a weekend through Woody for my sister's 50th birthday in Austin. He had me work with Wendy who was lovely and easy to work with. She booked Skeet shooting on Friday for 8 women (we changed the number of guests several times and Wendy accommodated) and a wine trip for Saturday for 15 guests to visit 3 wineries. She canceled Skeet shooting due to rain and offered us no alternative plans whatsoever. Her quote was "no alternative plans". She then said "Yes I will give full refund np". Fine. We did another activity. The next morning I checked in to see if the bus was ontime for our 10:30am pick up. She texted me that they were running 45 min behind due to "mechanical issues with the bus this morning", Keep in mind I texted her, she wasn't planning on telling me. Fast forward THREE HOURS and I had 15 people waiting in the lobby for a bus that never showed. I sent her frantic texts, she ignored most and said she was with another tour. Finally she told me to try to find a limo company myself and she would reimburse me. It was completely awful and i had a whole group of folks so annoyed a the money they paid for NOTHING. At this point we abandoned the plans. She said "I've never had this happen, ...and a refund won't be a problem". We ended up ubering out to the wineries. Once we got there, there was NO RESERVATION for us, NO record of us coming, NOTHING. I had to hire a new car service to get us back to Austin. A complete disaster. All this would be annoying in and of itself if she ever refunded us the money. She has not. ITs been THREE WEEKS. She keeps using excuses like "I'm waiting for the skeet shooting place to refund me" (Complete BS as $1500 of the money was for wine tasting not Skeet and I've asked her 20 times to at least start with that payment). I have offered to send her a Fed Ex envelope Pre Paid to refund me with a cashiers check. She has COMPLETELY GHOSTED the texts, refuses to provide an address to send the envelope too. I've offered to pick up the check and given her three different ways to refund me online (venmo, paypal, zelle). Keep in mind she had no problem accepting the money this way. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. STEER CLEAR. I can send screenshots and provide details for anyone. I've left HUNDRED of emails, texts, phone calls and NOTHING. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Woody was great, our party had a wonderful time touring Fredericksburg wineries with him and he was very knowledgable about the area and the vineyards. He has deep contacts at each location and was able to get a very large group into locations that have restrictions due to COVID. We would all use Woody again when we go back to visit the Texas wine country. Book with Woody you won't regret it. Thanks Woody!!!

This was an AMAZING experience!!! My husband and I are not about organized tours all that much, but this tour was not an organized group of people like a lot of tours are. He went out of his way to text us even before the tour and recommend places for us to go. We loved him so much we even hung out with him after the tour. He is an awesome tour guide and a blast to hangout with and knows anyone and everyone! Can’t recommend this tour enough!

Planned a surprise Bachelorette weekend for my close friend this past November. Throwing a surprise weekend is stressful enough but Woody was SUPER accommodating especially for being so last minute. There were many tours that I could've chosen to stick with but Woody was so authentic about his services and was a person of integrity when it came to what he offered. He personally picked us up from our little hotel we were staying at and drove us to all three of our tours. His tour bus was super clean and we all had a blast! He even offered to pick up some cheese and snacks at the HEB close by to have on the bus if we wanted! I really appreciated Woody taking the time to answer my numerous phone calls with questions I had as this is my first Bachelorette party I threw. I HIGHLY recommend using Woody if anyone wants to have a great time and looking for someone to trust. I will be booking with you again Woody, thank you so much for everything!

We had the perfect day with Woody on the Texas 2 Step tour. He kept in touch with us from our booking up until the morning of the tour. He was very friendly, informative and kept us entertained. We learned so much about the area, got recommendations on places to go and heard some great stories along the way! He also made sure to take plenty of photos for everyone in the group. I highly recommend using his services for a great tour of wine country!

We had a great time on our wine tour with Bill! He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to since the other half of our tour cancelled, so it was like a private tour for my boyfriend and I. We really enjoyed the entire time and highly recommend booking a wine tour through Uncorked!
