Tons of options/modalities and everything is super top-notch. (went while visiting my aunt to drop in on a yoga class and sounds like a massive remodel was recently completed)Dana was awesome, easy to follow and didn't have to look up once. Love it when you can close your eyes and really get into it!

As a past personal trainer with a plethora of gym experiences— this gym is the best bang for your $! Gym equipment is clean and oiled, staff are always friendly & the members seem to be friendly & respectful. I get a good workout here every time! Can’t wait for the expansion (:
