Ruby was AMAZING! She was attentive, amazing, helpful, girl deserves a raise 1000%. Made me feel so comfortable choosing jewelry and let me try everything on! Will be back for Ruby especially!

We bought 6 charms and got 3 free bracelets. We had to attach our own charms instead of the lady counting and measuring for us. They also did not clean our bracelets after adding the charms. We had to ask her to put the charms on, it’s like she was ready to get rid of us despite spending quite a bit of money. When we came back she only gave us back one and told us to have a good day so I had to ask twice for my bracelet. A big lack of customer service at this location.

Top notch customer service! The ladies in the front l were so sweet. I was needing a charm added and it was gana be ready until later on during the day. I live out of town and couldn’t wait. They went ahead and helped me right away! Thank you so much ladies Teresa and Jessica outstanding help!

I have shopped the Fredericksburg TX store for years and looked forward to my visit, always buying a charm, ring, bracelet and or necklace for family and . Then it changed after Kathy, Lizzy, Pat, Cindy, Cindi, Teresa, and Carolina left what the heck happened. I would walk in the store complaining my on my back (though she was often steps behind me) one of the ladies would assist me in finding something special or nodding to what my wife would pay attention to. My deer leas is half an hour away and I would stop and get something for my wife walk down the street to The Brewery and post a picture of the James Avery bag and a beer at the bar. My love language to my wife. The language is in this store. You lost something with these ladies leaving. There is soup bowl of jewely I bought there in the past yet I doubt the bown will get much fuller. Find out what happed! I dont feel at home there anymore and am truly disappointed

I haven’t always had the best experiences at this James Avery location, so I was hesitant to come back. But today completely changed my perspective—and that’s all thanks to Reyna.
She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She assisted me with resizing my anklet and helped me exchange a lost earring through their program. Reyna made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and her warm, professional attitude really stood out.
Her exceptional customer service turned what could’ve been just another errand into a truly pleasant experience. Reyna is a gem, and I’m so grateful she was there to help me. She completely restored my confidence in shopping at this location.

My guy, also an employee, wanted to show me some of his stuff. We stepped in just minutes before closing Saturday the 5th. Laura, Reyna and Maricella, welcomed us right in. We walked around looking at and reading everything. Those ladies never made us feel rushed.
We ended up leaving with a beautiful new pair of earrings for me 🥰.
This is such a beautiful store and I appreciated the kindness of all the employees.
I love my new earrings.

I want to thank Christina and associates at the James Avery store in Fredericksburg, TX. Christina was amazing in adding charms that we bought and finding a few small issues to correct with Juanita's bracelet. Can't say how much we appreciate her help and kindness. What's up with James Avery being culture vultures . Making money off of Spanish sayings engraved into jewelry yet they don't stand and support actual community diversity. Pretty disgusting. I'm assuming that's why the African beaded ring was retired .

Customer service was weird. Treated when we came in and said we were just browsing. When we did have a question it was awkward bc we originally stated we were browsing. Almost like too bad you already had your opportunity. 👎
