Hours: St. Vincent de Paul Society is a tidy and well-organized thrift store, considered one of the best in Fredericksburg. It is packed with a large selection of just about every conceivable item imaginable, including lots of clothes, shoes, books, and music. It features the largest selection of educational books many have seen. The store is usually well-stocked, items are very reasonably priced, and bargains are easy to find. The volunteers are very nice and helpful. It is a great cause and a destination many love to visit whenever they are in town, often leaving with hidden treasures. Some furnishings are available, though they can be limited, and there is very little in the way of electronics.
