“My daughter & me were traveling 4 hrs from home to spend the weekend with my granddaughter. My truck started to over heat & after pulling on side of the road, my dash lite up like Christmas & wouldn't start. Mind you it was midnight & we were 17 minutes from our destination. I called My Roadside Assistance & requested a tow AFTER waiting an hour & half I called I called 2 other towing companies 1 didn't answer & the other wanted an arm & leg to tow is 15 miles to our destination THEN I called Hill Country Autoplex & spoke to Jessi & he came right out to get us at 2:30am. He loaded us up in his tow truck then load my truck, he delivered us to the resort where we were staying & even made sure we made it safe & sound in our cabin at 3 am. We appreciated his hospitality & making sure our safety was 1st. Thank You Jessi your the best!!”
