He drove my wife and me into Fredericksburg and helped us find accommodations for the night. The next day (Sunday), he met us at his towing yard so we could empty our car.”

“No one plans to have a car towed after buying groceries and driving 45 miles home. The car dies about 20 miles from the house, and all the tow companies are swamped (busy Wed in the Hill Country, I guess). Fortunately for us, Greg and Hill Country Autoplex only had one job before ours. He was very professional, courteous, and concerned about our safety. He was also very communicative, letting us know when he was delayed, when he left to help us, and when he got to the car dealership with the car -- confirming contact information to leave for the service department. We have an electronic transmission and we had put the car in park, not neutral, when it died. It took us an additional 30 minutes to determine what needed to be done to get the car out of park so it could be towed. Greg was very patient with us through the process.
