Lazy employees who dont do their job correctly.. which is mishandling mail... where's the felonies... guess you dont care so long as it's not your mail/packages/ property.... furthermore, if you can't handle bumps in the road and animals... you probably should go back to whatever city you crawled out of and accept Rural Route Postal Service is not the job for you!!!!

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about this location. My mail is always delivered on time, and I’ve had good experiences whenever I’ve gone in. I’m sorry to see so many negative comments because my experience here has been positive overall.

I think someone from the post office steals packages, every time I get something ordered it’s always lost or placed in the wrong parcel.. come on people do your job correctly…. How hard is it to read the correct address…. This is so upsetting.

By far the worst Postal Service I’ve ever received anywhere. I’ve only been here a couple months and had multiple issues already just leave packages on side of the road when the front door is only 50 feet away.

I had spark plug wires that I was supposed to receive a week ago but got yesterday because of jorget the post master it was supposed to be here Saturday but it didn't arrive and then it was supposed to have been out for redelivery yesterday but showed today but because I was already waiting so long they called there driver Ashton and he delivered it yesterday so Fredericksburg united state postal service I wish there were more companies that would go above and beyond their expectations to please there customers

Now I understand all of the negative comments. My wife has 3 packages that show being here instead of going out for delivery. She was told that they are too busy and did not have time to look for them. Supposedly a supervisor will call her. Not holding our breath.

Every time I’m expecting a delivery it takes until the very end of the day 7-8pm to get my packages so basically making wait an extra day. And in the unfortunate case my package delivery falls on a Saturday they’ll just decide to not actually deliver it that day even though it was at a facility a hour away since the morning of the day before. So tired of this carrier, the sole reason of what makes me hate ordering anything online

First off, the women who work with customers at the Fredericksburg Post Office are very friendly and professional. This is not a review of them. This is a review of our mail delivery. Over the past 6 months, we have had many problems with mail deliver, from mail being stuffed into our mailbox even when it's been put on hold online (I've since started putting it on hold online as well as placing the yellow hold mail form directly in the mailbox) to packages being lost for weeks, to some packages not even being delivered. Just last week I needed a package to arrive on Monday as scheduled but I received a message from Amazon that the package was "undeliverable". I was home and there was no reason it couldn't be delivered. I waited for it on Tuesday and Wednesday but it didn't show up. I phoned the post office, but even with a tracking number they couldn't tell me where the package was. This is incredibly frustrating. Please do better. We are depending on our US Postal Service to deliver according to their old creed: "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds".

Another piece of mail that was never delivered! I get Informed Delivery so I know what mail wasn't delivered. How does my mail just disappear? Well, today I got a notice that said USPS had trouble delivering my package from eBay. It said "vacant" even though the package had been delivered to my locked mailbox. My apartment isn't "vacant", I've been living here since last October.

If you are having any issues, go visit the interim postmaster, Pat. We moved here permanently in July after owning a house here for years. We have had so many issues with the post office it is difficult to list them all. Well, today we had enough and decided it was time to address the postmaster.Within minutes not only had Pat resolved our issues, but also spent the time to listen to us. We truly hope she becomes our permanent postmaster to improve the service and make life easier for all who work there!! Huge thanks to you, Pat!
