Another piece of mail that was never delivered! I get Informed Delivery so I know what mail wasn't delivered. How does my mail just disappear? Well, today I got a notice that said USPS had trouble delivering my package from eBay. It said "vacant" even though the package had been delivered to my locked mailbox. My apartment isn't "vacant", I've been living here since last October.

Get ready to wait at least 30+ minutes to ship out a package because these workers purposely work as slow as possible.

If you are having any issues, go visit the interim postmaster, Pat. We moved here permanently in July after owning a house here for years. We have had so many issues with the post office it is difficult to list them all. Well, today we had enough and decided it was time to address the postmaster.Within minutes not only had Pat resolved our issues, but also spent the time to listen to us. We truly hope she becomes our permanent postmaster to improve the service and make life easier for all who work there!! Huge thanks to you, Pat!

Severely under staffed and as a result on Sundays when delivering for Amazon, packages are just dumped at the neighborhood mail stand regardless of weather conditions instead of putting them in the designated package lock boxes.

This post office is the definition of incompetence. If you need anything shipped to you or shipped somewhere else don’t send it through them. My mail sometimes gets delivered, sometimes not. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. They “ attempt deliveries “ without really attempting them. They mark packages as being held at the facility and when you go to pick them up they aren’t there. It’s really quite unbelievable. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. my package has been "Missent" twice! Twice it has left this post office and it still hasn't arrived at my house. It arrived at this post office on the 1st of Sept and departed the same day. Did it show up in my mailbox? No! It arrived again on the 6th to the post office and once again departed the same day. It is now the 12th of Sept and I still haven't received my package! A case has been opened and that's been over 5 days now and still no clue where it's at! I will pay extra from now on to avoid the postal service of Fredericksburg from here on..Worst experience with a post office in my life! I thought Bellmead Tx was bad..they have nothing on Fredericksburg!

Ridiculously bad at their jobs. Several times now they have thrown packages over our fence only for the item to be damaged or just delivered to the wrong place and no help in trying to correct the issue. If you need help don’t try calling them because they probably won’t pick up. Do yourself a favor and stick with LITERALLY any other delivery service.

Amazon pkg was returned because he couldn’t find my house. He delivered a pkg across the street and couldn’t ask for directions.??The house has only been here 100+ years. This is not the first time. Also on more than one occasion pkgs for others have been left on my porch.

OK but very typical post office. Rural deliveries are rural deliveries…

I came here for the passport services, and my experience was good. I was able to make an appointment for the day I was planning on coming into town. I arrived early for my appointment and had to wait about an hour, but the service was very good. The clerk thoroughly checked my paperwork and made sure everything was in order before sending it off. This gave me extra confidence that my application is correct, and, to me, was worth the wait. I think the charges for this service are outrageous, but that's a USPS issue and not something this location can control.

Lazy mailman refuses to deliver Amazon packages. Keeps marking as undeliverable and sending them back. Can't even be bothered to do his job.

this is the worst postal service ever!! never attempt to deliver to my house. have international packages all the time that are pre-signed for , and they always make me go down there when no signature is needed! very inconvenient for people who are busy to have to go down to the office to get mail or packages. and if you don’t go in three days they send it back to the original seller! very upsetting!

We get our mail at a communal box down the street. Yesterday I had two packages delivered, but no key in my mail slot. I just happened to look in one of the package boxes, and my stuff was in there. They stuck it in there and didn’t bother to put the key in my box. Anyone could have walked off with it, and one of the packages had expensive CPAP supplies in it. They need to do a better job than that. ?

My Sr. Apt. complex has 48 apartments and the Office, so 49 total mailing addresses. Not according to the Postal Service, we are "ONE ADDRESS". Only the mail carrier knows who is in what apartment and is responsible to know this. If we have a substitute, OH WELL ! No mail or mail put into someone else's box or MAIL RETURNED TO SENDER. 3 weeks I've waited for my Medical Insurance information, only to find out EVERYTHING was returned to the Insurance Company. I've lived here 7 years, moved from another apartment in complex 6 months ago and you would think I FELL OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH, according to this POST OFFICE. I am not alone, another tennant also moved from another apartment to the same building I'm in, she is missing her cellphone bills and credit card bills. They have even LOST MY ELECTRIC BILLS several times. Is this the best Identity theft ring in the world or just the postal service lacking in care and actually wanting to do their jobs that they are paid to do?
