“Not sure why anyone would desire to stay anywhere else. Charming little cabins with all the amenities one would need. Close to all things Fredericksburg, but you feel you are in a remote location. Lit up nicely for Christmas and wake up to deer roaming around. Would definitely stay at Barons CreekSide again and would recommend to all!”

My husband and I had the most amazing, much-needed mini getaway at The Vine at Middle Creek! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality from Craig, Roger, Audri, ? Zoey, ? Luna, and even Chip the deer ? was nothing short of phenomenal.

The property is stunning, peaceful, scenic, and filled with thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special, and you can truly tell they pour their hearts into making every guest’s experience unforgettable.

We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning our next visit. This is a true hidden gem, and we can’t wait to tell all our friends and family back in San Antonio about it. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Wonderful property to get away from everything. Literally only downside is not close to any food options, except the winery down the road. Bring water and snacks for the mini-fridge. Coffee maker was below average. But, bedding and mattress was amazing!”

From our first meeting and tour of the venue with Jeff, he provided such a warm welcome and you could really tell that this was something they love doing and it wasn’t just a side gig for them.
After booking, I was in contact with Amy, who handled all my million and one questions! From back to back emails to asking probably some dumb questions, she was always so reassuring and really gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process.

Something that really sold us on this venue was that not only do you get access to the venue the day prior and day after (most venues we looked at only give you about 6-8 hours of access on the day of only) but also the fact that there are 42 cabins on the property for guests to stay at!

We had the majority of our guests stay at the cabins on the property, which was such a convenience! Everyone loved being able to walk on over to hangout with each other. Jeanette and all the other staff we had contact with at the cabins were so helpful too!

We even had the luxury of Jeff organizing a clay shoot for all the guys, on the property! This was such a great add on for the guys to just let loose and have some fun.

The day of the wedding, AND the day prior, Jeff was such a huge help in being there for any questions that came up, letting us know where we can put certain items, etc!

“Absolutely the best French dip sandwich on this planet. My wife and I were referred to this place by a long time local B&B owner, Becky at the Chuckwagon Inn (also an amazing experience and stay). I couldn’t eat the French dip meal slow enough so I could savor it. I will be returning to Fredericksburg just for this meal in the future. The best service and best food I’ve had in a long time.”

“Trois Estate was everything we wanted in a venue and more. From the beautiful rustic charm to the onsite lodging for 50 guests -- it was the perfect hill country getaway for our wedding. We enjoyed using the different event spaces inside Trois Estate throughout the weekend because they are all beautiful and unique: courtyard to sky deck to rooftop to saloon to hall. They also handled food and bar services which worked great and the food was delicious. Rebecca and Vanessa were kind and accommodating throughout the planning process.”

“In town with our High School football team for the weekend and The Resort accommodated us all! The cottages were well appointed and comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The Edge was awesome and made sure our players and coaches had space to hang out and socialize.
