Get a phone and have someone answer it. That machine canned message sucks. Get a phone! so people can call like every other place of business. That is so annoying

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They wrongly assumed I was with a minor and refused to let me purchase alcohol even though I presented my valid ID. This was an unnecessary and unpleasant experience. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere and will not be returning.

This is the smallest Buc-ee’s I’ve ever seen, located pretty close to the beach, but it still has everything you could possibly need. It was packed with shoppers — total madness — but the cashiers were super fast and efficient. Buc-ee’s is my favorite store in Texas! I absolutely love their brownies, popcorn, cookies, beef jerky, and the fact that they sell souvenirs from the location you’re visiting — and at much better prices compared to other places. Their burritos are great, the restrooms are always spotless, and there are plenty of gas pumps, so fueling up is quick and easy. Oh, and don’t miss the iced coffee — it’s one of the best things you can treat yourself to there!

The blonde manager girl is rude and not very smart. With respect, she needs to relearn state laws before attacking innocent customers! Even her assistant cashiers appeared annoyed with her behavior. Management is important for a successful work environment bucees!!
