Terrible customer service. There is a older caucasian lady (wrinkled complxion, bob cut) who is a cashier there who treats customers differently based on their skin color. She was short with me even when I was kind to her. Didnt even make eye contact or asked if I needed anyhting else. To a woman who shared her complexion she had a different, kinder tone. Terrible example of Buc-ee's, but not a surprising one. Absolutely pathetic hire.

Probably the worst Buc-ee’s I’ve ever visited — and I’ve been to quite a few.
For starters, this location is surprisingly small compared to most others, which makes navigating both the parking lot and the store itself a challenge. Getting in and out feels cramped, and the usual ease of movement you expect from Buc-ee’s just isn’t there.
Inside, the selection was underwhelming. While they did have some of the signature Buc-ee’s items, the variety and abundance I’ve come to love at other locations were noticeably lacking. It almost felt like a scaled-down version, without the “wow” factor that makes Buc-ee’s worth the stop.
But the biggest disappointment was the restrooms. Buc-ee’s has built a reputation for having some of the cleanest restrooms on the road, but this location completely missed the mark. They weren’t as clean or well-maintained as I’ve come to expect, which is a huge letdown given that it’s one of the brand’s major draws.
Overall, this visit was a rare miss. With so many better Buc-ee’s locations out there, I’ll be skipping this one in the future and holding out for the ones that truly live up to the hype.

I drove from Cypress,Tx and passed up two other Bucees stores for breakfast with my family.My daughter is lactose intolerant so we kindly asked for a breakfast taco without cheese. We were told Bucees doesn’t customize their food.I asked to speak with a Manager for help and I ran into a brick wall. We put all of our items back and went elsewhere. I even bought ice and fueled my truck elsewhere.Done with them.If you don’t care for my family then I won’t back.

Hopefully corporate Bucees takes a look into this place because it's managed by a horrible person. Its giving bucees a bad name... the manager closed off the bathroom preventing us from using them even tho we were going to purchase goods... horrible

Lisa will not acknowledge you if you are not white. She greet my husband happily but the moment I appeared, she would not acknowledge me. Buccees do better than this.

Love this Bucces but why does it make sense to shut down the food service right before lunch??? Guess I will have to go somewhere else to get lunch from now on and being here even less I’ll probably find a different place to buy gas

Me and my kids stopped here, and because my arms were full, I had my kid grab me a drink to put in the basket I was carrying. The “manager” then tells me at checkout she needs to see their id. I said, they are my kids, and14&15. I mean, I know they can’t “carry “ it, but she literally picked it up to put it in my basket. I am sorry ma’am, you are not the police and may take your position a bit too serious. Aside from Karen , the other cashiers seemed nice and also embarrassed from how big of deal Karen was making about them putting my drink in basket.

Stop by to get some snack and iced cold drink and using the restroom. Everything is as expected. Nice, clean, and courteous people working there ?

Okay so when taking pictures of the fountain drink area I was approached by I'm guessing the manager with another employee extremely aggressively and hostile with full attitude asking me in a very rude tone if they could help me I said no thank you just doing a Google review and had already used their gas pump to fill my tank. Tone, aggression, and attitude are everything when dealing with people in general or customers. The approach was way too hostile and the way the person rudely responded with repeating what I said made me very uncomfortable to where I left instead of getting some food. Usually the Buc-ees employees at every other location are much more polite, gracious, kind, understanding and thankful for the free advertising of what all they have to offer to the consumer. I will not be returning to this one. I will say they have great wheelchair accessible parking and disabled parking compared to most any other gas station I've been to. If corporate wants to review the video of the employees hostility the visit was March 25th around 303 PM. So then the employees can't misrepresent facts. Again the approach and attitude during approach and way they even said "can we help you" was not even close to a "can we HELP you attitude" it was rude and hostile.
