The park is a dump. I stayed there a month, the owner drives around drunk on his golf cart and raises he'll all the time

I give this place a 9 out of 10 rating on the Richter Scale. I have been here a couple of months and I'm enjoying my stay, it's peaceful and quiet. I'm able to focus on my life without distraction or interruption. The people living in this park seem to be for the most part level headed, mature minded and responsible. Rodney, the owner, does an outstanding job of keeping the park safe and clean as well as keeping the crime rate all the way down low to none at all!. With that being said, I recommend this park for vacations as well as permanent living. Rodney will definitely be straight forward. As well as very helpful and responsive if you have any questions.

Where do I start. This little gem of an r.v. park sits at the end of the road, with a wild life refuge on one side and the levee on the other. Oyster creek lies on the other side of the levee. Where it is well maintained and perfect for fishing or just relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature. I was delighted to find out about the covered spots. What a relief from the Texas heat, and to be able to comfortably sit outside during a nice rain storm. I’m lucky enough to work at the beach, which is a very short yet beautiful drive down levee rd. The owner Rodney can be seen riding through the park checking on various things and visiting with the guests. You can tell he really cares about the park and I’m so thankful that he shares his small slice of heaven with myself and others.Green acres is the place to be, trailer living is the life for me.

We love living at Green Arces RV park. The park is very well kept, clean and mowed. It's also very quite and peaceful here. Only 10 minutes from the beach and fishing and crabbing across the street. We Highly recommend.

Rodney is very gracious and is diligent about taking care of the property. Laundry room nearby and wifi were bonus for us. Wifi is located throughout AND was fantastic for my remote work. Friendly neighbors and we enjoyed the privacy that the natural park next door gave us along with a nearby city park.

I've lived here for 4 months so far and found it to be a nice, quiet place with covered spots large enough to accommodate your RV and vehicle.Landlord is nice and very accommodating.

Our stay here was great! Rodney the owner is a great guy, the park is well kept and very clean, he really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and helps you out anyway he can. This is definitely a park I will come back to when I'm in the area again. Great location, easy access to the beach, and convenient to whatever you may need in town.

Nice quiet park. No showers or laundry facilities but it’s clean and small. They do have WiFi, that’s a plus.

No privacy. RVs are parked very close. Not enough parking. Rude owner. Will NOT come back, especially with all the other options to stay near by.

We had a positive experience in the months we stayed at the park (March 2018 - July 2018).
