Tonight JITB employee, EJ came out to help me & my friend with getting gasoline in her tank. We had a family can full but couldn’t get it to go down in the tank right. There were no customers at the time & we just thank him immensely for coming out & helping. He could have said he couldn’t but he was a Godsend to us. Thank you EJ & may you be blessed for going out of your way (in wisdom). I realize you can’t trust just anybody anymore but he sized us up & pitched in & helped. His attitude was great. Thanks again

I'm new to the area from Nevada, and I came through after a bonfire at the beach at about midnight, on 12/16-12-17 and the guy working the window was very friendly and professional. We wanted egg rolls for sure, and my best friend wanted tacos, but I wanted a burger too, and I asked the guy at the window what he would recommened as far as burgers, and it was a bacon burger that did not disappoint! He was super friendly and I'd definitely stop by again! Great experience!

Been to this Jack in the Box a few times and its been average. Customer service has always been bad but its been whatever. Yesterday I Doordash the chicken salad and instead of saying they are out the send me half rotten half shredded lettuce with none of the veggies that come on it and it even had the hard end of the lettuce plant. So just a one time thing ok, so I Doordash it again today because I am still craving a good salad. They accept the order and 35 minutes later I get a call from the Dasher that the manager informed her they were all out of any type of salads and when the dasher asked of there was replacements etc. she walked away and had a terrible attitude with the dasher. So I had to go through the cancelling process and holding up the dasher and had to go get my own food elsewhere. Will not be giving them my money anymore.

Food was good, employee was terrible, I don’t know if the girl was having a bad day but she was extremely rude even rolled her eyes when asked to switch drinks because it was flat, second drink was flat too. Probably won’t be going back to that location for a bit.

This person claimed to be a manager had threatened me with physical violence, threatened to harm my car, and even not caring that I was disabled... telling me u had to come into the lobby to pick up my order when I told him I have mobility issues and he didn't care. Had to get the local cops to come over for them to give me the order I had already paid for. All of this cause I couldn't come inside when the lobby was closed and he knowing I had an issue with my walking. He should not be in the position he is in. He just stood there recording me like that for near 5 minutes while yelling at me and didn't even bother to make my order.

I visited this location earlier today with my kids and brother following a fishing trip. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru, yet I was made to pull ahead and wait 15 minutes for 3 burgers and a #11. After receiving our order, we got back on the road to head home. We realized that our order was totally incorrect. We turned around and entered the store to request our order be corrected. The manager, who refused to give her name, was very condescending and rude and told us " you're gonna just have to wait until I finish with all of these other orders. At this time there were now 4 vehicles lined up waiting. Due to her tone, and us needing to get back on the highway, we requested our money back. She literally told us that we were not getting our money back and if we didn't leave, she would call the police on us. As a black man, and a disabled Veteran, this is a very traumatic and scary position to be in. My kids were waiting outside in the vehicle, I am not from that city, so I don't even wanna imagine how that could have turned out. All because we asked to receive what we paid for. Jack in the Box, has been a go-to fast food stop for me for many years, but after this traumatic event, I don't believe I will ever be able to feel comfortable using this company ever again. The angry and aggressive manager, finally decided to give our refund after I went get my phone out my truck and started taking pictures of contact numbers on the walls to file a complaint. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my whole life, and is the complete opposite of customer service. She needs to be fired immediately, before she runs off all of your customers, and infects the other staff members. I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me so I can vebally explain how traumatic this was for us.Lazaro Seriale
