If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star, metro pcs in freeport tx is the worst, I would never recommend this place, the workers give terrible service, the signal is useless and they almost force you to buy things you don't want, they should fire you those incompetent workers and hire more qualified personnel.

Syed is an awesome manager and does everything he can to work with you. Had a horrible experience with AT&T and was extremely upset when I came in. Syed helped me switch over with a breeze!! What a relief that is now, that I don't have to be robbed of my money from AT&T!!
