Most expensive gas station there is. $14 more for a case of beer than Buc-ee’s down the road and Walmart. Everything there is just overpriced x2

Looks like there are mixed reviews about customer service, but we haven't had an issue the past few times we have been in for a snack run. The ladies running the counter were nice. Facility is clean.

The manager that works that, I believe Indian (a guy) is not friendly at all doesn't speak, don't Greet and makes it uncomfortable. When running a business be more friendly and open and welcoming everybody not trying to steal out your over priced store!

Used to go here for lunch regularly, since it’s just right down the road. I’d buy a vape from here every now and then. Today I bought a vape when I got my lunch. Got back to work, ate lunch and then was gonna try the vape. I opened the package to find juice all over it, and the vape not working at all. So I go back to the store, and the ladies working the counter are trying to give me the run around asking when I bought it when I was literally just in there maybe 20 minutes prior. Then one of them goes to the back and some Indian dude comes out giving me a death stare like I just kicked his favorite goat, and then goes back to the back again. Then the lady comes back out saying they’ve never had issues with those before and since it had left the store it can’t come back. So I couldn’t even exchange it. Disgusting money grubbing people! That’s like $20+ tax that they just get for free from me. Never again will I go back there, for anything.

I came to your store today with my nephew to buy something to drink. At that time, my nephew said that he wanted to buy a souvenir that was being sold there. In fact, at that time I broke one of them, and the cashier at that time scolded me in a very bad way, saying that if you broke it, you have to pay for it.
I bought the broken souvenir and another new one from them and I note that this is not a monetary issue but their attitude problem. I have declared this store as an inappropriate place to go when the cashier is working ??? (he is a bold guy looks like a indian)

Great place to stop right before the beach! They have so many toys and equipment you can use at the beach. Also a great place to stop for a cold drink!

One of my kids of 8 years old got accused of stealing here at this gas station and woman made awhole scene about it when they found it just at another ille of the store they stood shut

What a nasty mean and prejudiced female owner!My best friend and i ( both over 50) went in there today to buy another fishing license.We were just there last week and bought a 3 day license. We also bought gas and then other things in the store.3 different purchases all together.Well, 4 Shell purchases showed up on my bank account.My friend mentioned it to me for me to ask them about it.The female owner overheard my friend and started to smart mouth her. Saying she was a liar and that it didn't happen.My friend tried to politely explain what she meant, but the owner woman refused to let her explain and was VERY rude. Told her she didn't want to hear her and for her to leave.She then turned to the employee who was getting my license ready and told her to cancel it and pushed my drivers license at me.I asked her what I had done wrong as I hadn't said anything, and she said "your with her, and I don't want you here. GO!I asked to talk to the manager, and she said I own this business, building, and property.Well, yeehaw......A gentleman then came out and asked what was going on so I explained how the charge was on my bank account but only said Shell and my friend was wondering if they could help us figure out why or where that charge came from. Simple....He said he understood and that things like that show up on his also, and there isn't a lot of information to figure out WHICH Shell station the charge could have come from.He was kind and polite, and she was just flat-out rude.She made some comment about being Indian but I don't remember the context of that remark and when my friend came back into the store my friend said she wouldn't ever do business there again the woman said "good because I won't say sorry."Well, it was far too late for sorry at that point, to be honest.It's sad because every time I come down to Surfside, I always get my licenses there and gifts for friends and family.It was my go-to stop for chicken and treats, but not any longer.I'm not a fan of Buc-ee's, but they will get all my business from now on.Tried the Buc-ee's cashews for the first time after this happened and WOW.... od suggest everyone go to Buc-ees from now on also.

The rudest employees ever, went in to purchase fuel employee was extremely rude I asked for manager she was even ruder both just kept saying bye and waving don’t take your business there

Everything in this store is way over priced. A fountain drink here cost double what any store in the area charges! There was one cashier a long line and wait time. I will stick to bucees. At least they are friendly and fair priced.
