It wasn't ready when I put in my order on line. Then I had to wait even longer for my order. Also, they got it wrong. I was already running late to get back to work. I couldn't eat it.

Very disappointed with the employees working there. I go to that location a lot because I work in Freeport but this is the last time they get my business. They are very disrespectful, treat customers very rudely and throw food back into the containers as if they were playing basketball. I was there around 1:30 pm on 3/27/2024 (with a friend as a witness) and asked the cashier if she was the manager and got a response that she wasn't there at the time. Beware if your the owner of this franchise!! I can guarantee you will be losing business with employees that act like a bunch of thugs.

Nasty service ordered online.. order showed ready and when i got there for pickup they havebt even started on the order... then i cancelled it and it took them for ever just to tell me that they cant give the refund until the next day

Their is no way this little bit of meat is supposed to be acceptable for how much you have to pay for a 6 inch. There were 3 pieces of meat on that sandwich for a cold cut combo that is supposed to have 3 different types of meat on it.

I walk into the Freeport Subway and I see a stainless steel plate covering the meat area that was not there last time I was there now this is a waste of freaking money and you were supposed to see how they make it now you cannot see it with that stainless plate there Subway's motto are used to be watches make your sandwich now you can't do that get rid of the stainless plate

They changed the veggies they carry. Didn't put on the right amount of meat for their specialty sandwhich. Customer service was nonexistent. They berate their employees out in the main area for everyone to hear. Won't be going back.

They are making the bread thinner and as small as possible. They are putting less meat on the subs as well. But the service at this location is always friendly, very helpful and just generally nice people. This location litteraly make sandwiches good enough visually for advertising purposes. The store is always clean and neat as well.
