Surfside Marina was able to get my skiff back to me within a week. After a few days I realized that the auto bilge pump failed (factory issue). I took it back and they replaced it in a few hours with no charge. They also tightened my transducer and charged my batteries. One of the things I really like is that they always try and answer the phone and call you back quickly if they can't. Friendly staff.

May 2024. I was quoted $22/ft for the boat, plus $2/ft catamaran fee, plus $300/month cradle rental. For a 32 foot boat, that brings the total to $34/foot per month to store my boat in the dry rack.
Added following owner response:
I neither approve, or disapprove of these rates. They are the rates I was quoted. They are significantly higher than your published rates for a catamaran. 2 stars for the nasty surprise.

Every staff member is always willing to help and at all times throughout the day/night. Restrooms are always clean, and they have 2 showers available in the men's bathroom. Maintenance on boats can be done on the dry stacks outside and it doesn't have to be surfside marina to maintenance your boat. Love this place.

BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! I stored and serviced my boat with them over the 23/24 season. When servicing they contacted me and informed me they mistakenly caused damaged the electrical system. After bringing the boast to a qualified service center it was determined that they caused $20k+ of damage. They claimed their insure would cover it for me and they wold contact me about. After weeks and weeks and numerous attempts of trying to contact them to resolve this there has been zero response from them. I am now forced to pursue legal action. If you value your property stay clear of this place.

Just stored my boat there in early September. From the beginning Santos and team were spectacular - always willing to make my experience great. I took my boat out for the 3rd weekend in a row and Santos and team there to help this boat rookie. Kudos to Surfside Marina!
