Called them to ask where my package is it’s been 2 weeks and nothing lady on phone said she will do everything possible to try to find where it’s at since I don’t have the tracking number. Ty

Worst phone system I have ever seen. All menu items direct u away from a live operator. After literally 30 tries I am on hold for 7 min and hopefully will finally get to talk to a human. All because I get a notice that “ Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up.
Freeport, TX” which is a LIE. I never requested my shipment be held. And now I found out they sent all my packages back to seller. That’s just great I had one weekend to put together these items for my Airbnb.
Travelled 4 hours to get to beach and have the stuff delivered there!!!

I just want to thank Blanca for going over and beyond. After encountering issues with a missing package she did everything in her power to find it and even brought it to my house. Than\k you so much excellent customer service skills and over all sweet and kind person. We need more people like her in the world. :-)

I LOVE our Freeport post office. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and always helpful, especially Melissa and Lupe. However for the last 3 weeks. The mail carrier is NOT picking up out going mail from my mail box (with the flag up). Owning a company with important mail going out, This is a major problem. Now today I had a company call me telling me my package was ready for pick up after being at post office since April 30th. I never recieved a pick up form. I do not what is going on but these issues need to be addressed asap!

After reading some of the reviews and the two star rating, I was thinking I would run into some rude, mean, government workers with bad attitudes. On the contrary; service (clerk 3) was great, friendly, quick, and professional. Building was neat and clean. I love this place.

Was waiting on a package at the end of the day they put it in the system that i the customer requested to have my item held at the post office so they didn't have to deliver it today...... Not a good experience already!

Drove from Houston for passport appointment. They let us in 15 min before our appointment time, something Houston post offices would never do. They were nice and kind and the process was super quick. Way better than any Houston office i have ever been to.

Drove all the way from Houston to get my families passports, lupe by far was the complete opposite from the workers at our local post offices in Houston. Super patient and helpful! Totally Recommend!
