“We are extremely grateful for the service we received from Dora (the business owner), for her availability, professionalism, and, above all, her kindness. My pregnant wife and I found ourselves stranded about 20 minutes outside of Freer, TX, on a Friday afternoon in the middle of nowhere. After waiting two hours for AAA to dispatch a tow truck and attempting to contact them myself, I reached out to the Freer, TX police department, who put me in touch with Dora. Even though she was off-duty and it was a Friday night, the start of the weekend, she arrived promptly, loaded our car onto her tow truck, and transported us to Freer, TX, so we could leave the vehicle at a place where it could be repaired. Since the necessary repairs to the car were not simple, and our final destination was still quite far away, she was incredibly gracious in helping us get closer to where we needed to go. “Just bought a truck from them. They said they changed the oil but oil life is at 75 percent so they obviously didn't change the oil , they didn't change the air filter and they didn't highlight any damage on the truck in the add. I was so excited I overlooked the damage and didn't notice till I filled up with gas. Wish they would of made it know in the pictures loke other dealers do. I still would of bought the truck would of felt better informed about the vehicle. They said they were going to change the lifters the manger said yes when we got there but later confirmed they were not replaced. With that being said they did replace the windshield and most of the suspension parts, tps sensors and a wheel speed sensor with out me asking about and I couldn't tell the windshield was cracked in the pictures. I live 3 hrs away found it online got a loan purchased without seeing the vehicle. Overall I was satisfied with the purchase the plastic peace up by the rear view mirror doesn't seat properly and hangs down totally missed that when I was looking at it but I guess I would rather them fix major components on the truck and not cosmetics. They fixed alot without having to ask so over all im happy with my purchase and every one was super friendly and for the most part was very quick to respond to my text and calls if not answered when called. They took longer than I wanted on the repairs just because of excitement, but you never rush repairs if you want it done right and made it very clear to take their time on repairs. I mean they cant fix everything and make a profit. Definitely recommend buying from them just recommend seeing the car and driving it looking at every thing carefully. I got 2014 chevy silverado Z71 LTZ rocky ridge edition so how could you not be happy with it lol its an old truck I knew it wasn't going to be perfect. Its still better than any 2026 rolling of the line. All new cars are trash and built to throw away. Prove me wrong lol. Every one have blessed day. The also had a good stock of old trucks too freaking sweet 67, 72 chevy pickups. Oyeah and they put new tires on it and fix the ac actuators so the ac would blow cold for me, but he didn't clean his hands before removing the windshield pillars and left grease all over both sides. The actuators went out after I got the loan and told them I wanted the truck. They not perfect dealership but better than most I have delt with. I think they should of done all repairs they were going to do before putting it up for sale. You need to ask questions when they say stuff. They said they were changing the shocks in my mind that means all four and they only changed the front ones wish I would of payed better attention and didn't rush into the buy.”
