The daycare helps with teaching children basics, but they fail to properly supervise children. In the ten months he has been at the daycare there have been about 5 incidences where my son has been cut or had a bloody nose, but the fifth incident was the final straw. My wife was called and told our son bumped into a wall causing injury to his face. My wife went to pick him up and took him to the dr. to make sure everything was okay. When I got home his face was swollen on one side and had two scratches on his cheek and his gums were bleeding. There is no excuse to this type of injury!!! This does not look like what they explained happen as the injury is much more than a small face to the wall while he was walking. We pulled both our children out and will not be returning.

It is one of best day cares they provide food and they help with homework.my favorite part is they drop you off and pick you up. It’s awsome for the kids because they also have activities during throughout the school season breaks. It’s good for parents who has trouble getting their children. They even take care of babies.

My twins have been going there for almost a year and they love it. The teachers always greet them by name which is often followed with a hug. I feel the staff as well as the owner is genuine and truly care about the well-being and overall growth of children. When there's an incident(and yes they will occur), I am quickly notified and reassured that my babies are well taken care of. Communication is KEY!!!

I must admit, I like the curriculum that the organization conducts with the children at each level. But, I had an unfortunate incident happen with my son while in their care. I arrived to pick my son up at an earlier time than normal only to find him on the floor, head down. The young lady watching the class told my son that I was here to pick him up. He looked up at me and could barely keep his eyes open or get up off his knees. I immediately asked the young lady that was in charge of the class "What's wrong with my child". She replied by saying, "he does not feel good". My instant response was, " And you didn't think to call me." I had to carry my son out of the facility and rush my son to urgent care. Upon arrival, the doctor informed me that my son had a 104 temperature. I was furious! I informed the owner on Monday of the incident. She checked with the young lady to see what happened and to my surprise, the young lady did not even report it. To add insult to injury, the owner informed me that the young lady watching my child told her that she did not even know he was sick. I found that hard to believe because she distinctly informed me in the class on Friday that my son was not feeling well. The owner informed me of the proper protocol for incidents such as this and then informed me that the young lady had only been working there 3 weeks and would not have known that my son was sick because she was not familiar with my son's personality and that all the children were tired on that day due to all the activities that had occurred earlier. This was not a legitimate excuse. Taking notice to incidents and accountability for not contacting me and being honest about the conversation that was had is what makes me as a mom highly unhappy with the services of this facility.

My kids absolutely love Chris’ Kidz! This is the only school that my kids actually get excited about going to. Our kids used to go there, but we have now moved to a new area of town. There is no comparison! The teachers are so pleasant and excited about caring for the kids! They have a way of teaching the skills that the kids need to know, but in an entertaining and creative way. The owner is a joy to work with. She knows all the kids and parents by name, and is very involved. She is one of those people doing exactly what she was meant to do, and it shows. The Fresno parents are lucky to have this amazing school in their community.
